Emerald Towers is a beachfront condominium resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, FL. Unit 1202 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located on the 12th floor offering a view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features a king size bed in the master, 2 twin size beds in the guest bedroom, and a living area with a sofa bed allowing for a maximum of 6 people. With 3 TVs, 3 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. Please make sure the provided parking passes are clearly displayed as well as completely filled out to avoid any fines from the HOA. Your property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

The location and balcony view was just the best!! I do not have any complaints. We had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. Would definitely stay at Emerald Tower and use Vacasa again.

Great place for the family!! It was a home away from home with a better view!! Close to stores, water park, gas stations, and grocery stores. Great view from the master bedroom with access to the balcony.

Loved the Emerald Towers. Smaller property with private beach, never felt crowed. The guys that did the beach set up did a great job not allowing anyone to set up their own chairs in front of paid chairs and umbrellas. Now if they could only bam loud music on the beach it would be even better.
The condo was clean and just as pictured, the ice machine needs to be replaced, it makes more noise than ice and the fridge is also very noisy, but we were still pretty happy with our choice.
Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. We pointed out a few maintenance things that needed to be done on the second day we were there, we stayed for 9 days and no one ever came to fix anything. I hope they took care of it before the next guests arrived.
I would stay at the Emerald Towers again, but probably not at this unit.

This place is nice and right in the heart of everything, but for what you get it was kind of overpriced. As with all places in Destin, you get hit with a bunch of “fees“ at the end of your booking, that you don’t get told about until after you hit submit, $100 “fee” for this, $200 “fee” for that, another $200 or $300 for “tourism taxes“, clean up fee, etc, etc, etc...anyway, that’s not the fault of this condo, but it did end up making my condo be about $600 a night. $600 a night! That is way overpriced for what you get at this place. It is nice, don’t get me wrong, but it is very small. And only has three beds, one is a king, and the other two are little twin beds that are not much more than a springy cot that you would have at a summer camp. I just thought for as much as I was paying I would not have had to sleep on basically a cot. This place has great views and emerald towers is right in the heart of everything, with a great beach/access and pool. I would recommend this to others, but I do have to mention the twin bed problem and that I think this place is a little overpriced for what you get. Thanks!
