Beautiful, clean, well-stocked kitchen, breathtaking views! We had an amazing time, thanks to friendly staff, heated pool (3 hot tubs and pools to choose from!), comfortable beds, and easy to call anytime and ask questions! We will be back!

The unit was beautiful, and very relaxing. The VACASA management is exceptional. We had a issue one day with our electronic door lock. They had someone there within 15-20 minutes of our call. Very polite, and quickly resolved the problem. We highly recommend booking through VACASA!

We have rented many condos in various parts of FL but this is the best so far. Two exceptions are #1 The people above us apparently were do a redo and they were very noisy starting at 8 am and one night until 11:30. #2 Only one elevator was working most of the week and one day people doing the redo kept the elevator tied up and as a result we had to wait 10 minutes for a ride down. This was without a doubt the most well stocked kitchen ever, we needed nothing that wasn't there and we cooked daily. Great condo and we plan to rent that particular one again in the Spring.

The condo is very roomy and has plenty of space to spread out. We had 6 adults and 2 young kids and it was perfect for us. The wrap around balcony was a hit. The kitchen has everything you need. One thing to be aware of is that only one days worth of paper towels and laundry detergent etc, is included so you will need to bring more. You may also want to carry your own beach chairs down to the water. The condo comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella already set up for you each morning, but if there is a large group, adding a bunch of extra chairs gets pricey.
We will definitely be staying here again. It was a super easy family vacation.

Summerwind 1304 is the best vacation rental we have experienced so far! It was just as advertised and then some! The views, amenities, kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils were the best. Just bring your beach towels.

We had a very nice time in Navarre! The condo had plenty of room for us to go with another family. We ate in every night and the kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, etc we needed. We loved the big balcony and view of the water. It was nice being close to the bridge and the bay.

We definitely recommend Summerwind 1304! Our kids, twins age 6 and 12 yr old (all boys) love the pool and playing on the beach. The condo is full of amenities. Board games and puzzles for rainy days, or to take a break from the sun. The unit is very relaxing and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great unit with a beautiful gulf front view and also a side deck that allows partial view of the Santa Rosa Sound. We saw several dolphins one evening swimming near the pier. That’s always a plus!! A few minor things with the condo itself. One of the toilet handles needs replaced, kept coming apart and not flushing properly. Fridge needs to be kept on coldest setting otherwise filling with food overwhelms it and takes too long to cool down. Garbage disposal had to stay unplugged unless you were using it because on/off switch is mounted to front of the sink and is “toddler head high”. Overall, we enjoyed our vacay in this unit.
