I've stayed at The Inn at Aspen a couple times now and am always impressed by their staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Every time you walk by the front desk or by someone in the hallway they always stop to check in and see if you need anything. They are also a wealth of local knowledge if you are looking for something to do or a nice restaurant. Also can't beat the location if you are hiking or biking and only a short drive into town.

This room exceeded my expectations. Most importantly it was extremely clean! It was updated with new furnishings and stocked with upscale toiletries. I was impressed with everything except the outside patio area was littered with leaves and debris. Otherwise, I highly recommend this room as it met and exceeded all expectations!

This was my first time staying at the Inn at Aspen and it was amazing. The staff, Laurie, was super friendly and helpful while checking in and the room was perfect. Went to Home Team for some BQQ and the food was great. Mountain wasn't open but couldn't believe how close the lifts were. Woke up the next morning to a couple inches of snow which was the cherry on top of a perfect night in Aspen.

The location is great. Hot tub wasn't functioning which I was looking forward to. The room was spacious and lovely. The staff was wonderful. The room was " loud" from passing guests in the hall for many hours during the evening. The fridge needs checking for clean out before new guests. Parking was great. There was a lot of construction in the day time making it loud in the daytime outside. The staff at the restaurant was excellent. Having the bar stools up however made it a bit awkward to figure out what was going on for breakfast? I would suggest a room not by the main entrance.
Manager response:
Hi, Velvet! Thank you for letting us know about your visit. The hot tub was down for two days and is back up and running. Maintenance is taking care of the fridge. We hope to host you again!
