The room is very nice for a short stay in Kennebunkport. We did have the power outlets quit working the last night of our stay. Calling Vacasa for help with the matter didn’t result in anyone coming out to fix the issue. No power outlets in the room resulted in the ac, microwave, mini fridge, tv, and coffee maker being inoperable.

Also, bring your own soaps for the shower as none is provided.

The studio was perfect. It was bright, clean and roomy and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Bed was comfy. Exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent the week working remote while our son finished school. The room was nice, had everything we needed. We love the location - easy walk to the beaches, great coffee shops nearby, and wonderful restaurants!

The location was fantastic, couldn’t have been better! The room and bathroom were very clean. A few drawbacks are that the pizza oven in the restaurant below makes the room smell like a pizza for most of the evening, and there isn’t any furniture to sit on besides the bed and dining table/chairs. The room could definitely use a loveseat or something.
Manager response:
HI Lisa, Thank you for staying with us! We are so glad you had a great time! We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded this information to the local staff so they can review and update the home as needed for future guests. We will be sure to follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Location is wonderful—unit was clean and nice. The only problem was the partial a/c which was not adequate at cooling the space. Given the fact that the pizza restaurant downstairs keeps its oven cranking until 9 pm, the heat became unbearable during the day well into the evening. The owner was asked by Vacasa to install 2 window units. This never happened since the stores were sold out. My advice is to go when the weather is cooler—the open windows in the summer heat were not much help.
Manager response:
We are very sorry about the issues you encountered with the A/C. It is always our goal for our guests to be able to use everything the home has to offer. We hope that the refund that you were given has helped with some resolution for the issue you experienced.
