If you are looking for a place and your priority lies in location only… this is the condo for you! It is located in the most convenient area with Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and several eateries within minutes. However, we were disappointed in a few big things during our stay. Upon arrival the gate entry instructions given were not correct and the provided parking space was tiny. We couldn’t fit our suv in it, but a nice neighbor let us use his second space. There was a musty smell throughout the condo and the beds were hard and uncomfortable with flat pillows. The kitchen lacked some basics such as a cookie sheet, vegetable peeler, can opener that works and dishwashing detergent. The shower door didn’t fully close which lets in cold air while you are showering. Also, as another reviewer mentioned the paper towels and toilet paper are very low quality. We have stayed in another Vacasa property that was extremely nice so we were a little surprised that this one wasn’t as good as we expected. The one thing we did love about this place was the stunning view from the rooftop patio. The furniture on the patio is cute but was soaking wet underneath and water seeped through when we sat down even though it hadn’t recently rained. We won’t rebook this condo although the area was very convenient for our trip and the activities we had planned for our stay.

Although we love this place and it’s great location, we would not recommend it in its current condition. The rooftop deck is rotting and separating from the circular stairway that leads to it. The deck off the bedroom has a clogged pipe and fills like a swimming pool with heavy rain. Windows and ceilings leak like crazy in heavy rain as well.

Since your departure, the local management has worked diligently to resolve these maintenance issues. While we know the refund you were given does not negate the experience you had, we hope that it is indicative of our efforts to make things right. We absolutely loved everything about this place except one thing. Check in, cleanliness, location, size, furnishings, rooftop patio...all were fantastic. Unfortunately, the bed made for unpleasant nights. We both woke up tired and with stiff backs.
If not for the bed, we would book this place every time we visit.
Had to travel into Austin for a week long business trip. Needed to stay downtown. This was an amazing property. Right in the heart of Austin. Newly remodeled and very clean. Rooftop deck was amazing!
Apartment was spacious and slept three of us comfortably (with the provided air mattress). Great roof top patio and wonderful location next to whole foods and a few blocks from a bcycle station.
This is such a great location in Austin! We love the Clarksville area and easy walking to all the places downtown. The unit is a luxurious size for two people and the roof deck is wonderful! The management company was very responsive.
This was a great place to stay on a 3 week visit to Austin! I had plenty of space for visitors, and for my dog. I loved the rooftop deck which has a stunning view of downtown. I was able to walk or ride a bike a everywhere I wanted to go. The place is very comfortable and had everything I needed for a great stay. The only downside is the tiny parking space. I would stay there again though!
A perfect week in Austin. The apartment was beautiful. Beautifully done. Tastefully decorated. Large shower with tons of soap, nice shampoo/conditioner. Full bathroom upstairs. Half bath downstairs. Comfortable big bed. Blinds that blocked out all of the sun if we needed it. Fully stocked. It was really more than we needed - big washer and dryer. Huge fridge. The location couldn't be beat- in a residential area off West 6th. The organization of the property couldn't have been better- keyless entry makes everything easier. Wifi, checkin, checkout was all very clear. Parking space was perfect. Guest parking was always available. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the terrace area because of the weather-- but it was beautiful. We really didn't want to leave. The next time we come back to Austin, we will definitely try to stay here. Thank you Brooke! :)
We loved every bit about the condo in Austin. You cannot beat the location. There were so many good stores and restaurants nearby that having a car was not a necessity. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only suggestion I would have for the owners is to add a baking pan and a pizza cutter. Very minor and we survived! :) I would definitely stay here again. Check in and check out was super convenient as we downloaded the mobile app. Great unit!
Wow!! Our family stayed at this condo just off 6th Street for four days, three nights. It is beautifully appointed in a PERFECT LOCATION and has everything you'll need to enjoy a fabulous stay. The kitchen is well stocked, and the rooftop deck is amazing. They even had our favorite coffee and organic sugar on hand! The property manager, Brooke, was very helpful at every turn and provided us with all the information we needed to access our rental. The app she provided even had lists of points of interests, current activities, best restaurants nearby, etc. This property is truly an oasis in the heart of the city. We can't wait to go back!!

This was a fantastic little apartment in Austin that was walking distance from EVERYTHING on west 6th street. At the same time, it was only a $5 Uber ride to the bars on East 6th street and some other areas
We were very impressed with this condo. Clean, bright and well maintained. Great rooftop patio (but we could not use it due to the effects of Hurricane Patricia). Bed was comfortable and plenty of towels and toiletries available. Only suggestion is that you indicate in the rental info that there are lots of steps and a steep climb up hill to condo. It was fine for us, but may be a challenge to others. Whole Foods two blocks away and 6th street action just beyond that. Excellent location!!

This is a very clean, well stocked condo for 1-3 people. I have stayed there twice for several weeks. The rooftop deck is such a nice bonus! Management has been very responsive to correct any problems. Nice property in a great location to walk to all Austin has to offer.
Excellent location - close to downtown but tucked away and quiet. The condo was clean, well-maintained and exactly as described. They responded immediately to the request and their follow up was excellent. They even dropped off extra coffee for our stay. We would definitely return and recommend this place without hesitation.
What a lovely place. I have worked downtown for 15 years including in an office two blocks from here. I live out of state now but still work downtown, so I commute. As a traveler this flat out beats hotels. (You can go outside!!) This neighborhood is IT. Safe, walkable, eatable, drinkable, runable, rowable you name it. All of my faves including ZTejas, Town Lake Trail, Whole Foods. Walking distance. Super simple as in not cluttered (right?), renovated/ modern stacked unit was perfect for privacy, interest, homey feeling (you left me coffee & the plates are gorgeous. )Thank your for all of the clean white stacked towels and the views. I booked my next stay here before I left my first one and property manager Brooke is GREAT. Highly recommended this to any other quiet respectful business travelers. Live like a local. :-)
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week and were sad to leave! It was the perfect vacation rental. The location is very good, central, it's a beautiful modern condo. It was well stocked with everything we could need including plenty of towels, extra linens, kitchen supplies, etc. The rooftop deck was a lovely perk, check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again.
We had a great time staying at this property. Brooke helped us all along and did everything possible to meet our needs. Place is greatly maintained, amazing location and has everything you need. Quiet and comfortable. We traveled with our baby girl and Brooke even gave us a high chair and pack and play for our stay.
We had an awesome time, the location was absolutely perfect for everything that we wanted to experience in Austin. Great food, entertainment, and sights were just a walk away. The skyline from the roof at night was breathtaking.Overall the condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I don't think I have slept so well in a long time.
