The floors were a little dirty, but everything else was great. We loved the house and location. The restaurant “View on 98” food and service was amazing. We had planned to have our wedding on the beach but the weather did not corporate. View on 98 was willing to help us in any way we needed. I love pizza, wings and a good salad and Bruno’s did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this house.

Everything in the house is new and good quality, the only thing happened to us is the living room TV screen is broken when we checked in. But they sent a new TV on next day. Location is good, 3 mins walk to the beach. Swimming pool is far away and kind of hard to find , so we didn’t go. Overall, house is new and clean, we really enjoyed the stay!

The house is brand new, very fresh, and beautifully styled! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. We were bummed that basic pantry items weren’t left by other renters, but we left our salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and a few other things in the hopes that it will start a trend. We did the same with laundry and dish detergent and trash bags. The beds were super comfy …I even nabbed the name of the mattress before we left. There were a few beach items in the garage including four folding chairs, three buggy boards, a few pool noodles and some sand toys, which were all much appreciated! The house also has a new screened in porch which isn’t pictured. All in all, it’s a great house with a great layout. A few recommendations are to add door mats both inside and outside all doors, including the garage door. The floors had some sand still on them when we arrived and it only got worse from there due to lack of doormats. The other recommendation is to add hooks and lots of them! We were a party of ten …that’s ten bath towels + ten beach towels + ten bathing suits and nowhere to put them to dry. Bigger utility hooks would be great in the garage too, to help hang chairs and beach equipment.

The community has a lot of potential, but doesn’t seem to have the level of maintenance required of such an extensive property. Our stay was in June of 2021 and I know staffing has been challenging to a lot of sectors due to COVID, so I don’t want to be too harsh but daily cleaning of the pool was not done and the pool had a lot of debris on all but one day of our seven-day stay. Another recommendation would be to have a curated book of tips for renters: lists of restaurants, equipment rentals including bikes and golf carts, local fishing excursions, etc., with special notations for anything located in Windmark town center.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Ashley! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and we're grateful for your feedback. We will work with your comments to enhance the experience for our guests. We hope to host you again soon!

Loved the home. Only recommendation would be to add a few kitchen items needed... measuring spoons, food storage containers, larger skillet.

New construction, ideal location. Beautiful, clean, and very roomy ranch on a corner lot close to the beach. This was a great house – large with comfortable beds, new furniture, and an amazing living room for lounging and watching movies. Art work was nice from the moment you walked through the front door. The décor was tasteful and very beachy. The kitchen was well stocked. We cannot wait to return.

Gorgeous house with plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. All the furniture was brand new and very clean. Great location, super close walk to the beach. We felt very safe. Each bedroom had its own T.V. and included cable. The house was very clean and well equipped. Close drive to both Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas. We had a great time!
