Central air-conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside, and guests can enjoy relaxing on the screened-in patio featuring a ceiling fan. Visiting dogs can run around in the enclosed backyard! The open kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, and there's even a prep island and a dishwasher to help with your cooking process. There's room to bring the whole family along to this relaxing home. Guests will have access to the community playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts within the subdivision. Not to mention, the two kayaks with life vests and paddles, four adult bikes with helmets, and a red beach wagon provided will allow everyone to have their own kind of adventure in the sunshine. When it is time to settle in for the night, the smart TV will be perfect for streaming favorite movies and shows before hitting the hay on the Sleep Number mattresses!

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Security cameras are installed on the front porch covering the yard and driveway, as well as a doorbell camera, and a camera in the back of the home. They do not record sound and will not record when guests are at the home. However, the owner will receive notifications from ADT if the doors are left open for more than 10 minutes or if a window is shattered.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
