Home was neat and clean. Plenty of room and close to many Cape Cod attractions.

The quiet patio above the pond and it was very clean. Great for the family.

The house it lovely. The setting is beautiful. It’s too bad that the windows are so dirty that they appear frosted. It takes away from the beauty of this special place

Initial arrival to the home was underwhelming. Homes in the neighborhood are mixed in their upkeep. Our property had some peeling paint on the exterior. The inside was clean and furnished adequately. The mattresses on the beds were GREAT, even if the furnishings were mediocre. The kitchen was fresh and nicely done with ample dish and silverware. One of the weakest points was the assortment of towels, leftovers from the owners house? Some unraveling and faded. The place grew on us during our stay. The screened porch is VERY relaxing and peaceful. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Needed a place to get away for a few days during February vacation. Needed to stay in MA due to quarantine. Chose the Cape and it was a great decision. We spent a day in Ptown and another walking around downtown Hyannis. The house’s location was great, but the home is a little run down. Great location on the Cape — wonderful access to beaches, walks, and the town and releated amenities. Property was dirty and relatively broken down compared to pics — dirty dishes, very dirty grill, poop covered dock, bench swing is actually collapsed on the ground. Customer service was very bad... almost as if a bot were answering my questions. Answers to text messages did not make sense at all and I often had to double/triple/quadruple ask until I got a sensible answer. It was very odd. The house was a perfect setting for a multigenerational getaway. We spent most of our time on the large screened in porch. We enjoyed our walks and bike rides to the beaches. Bedrooms were functional and the window air conditioners kept us cool despite the heat. A suggestion - update your amenities to include all the baby/ toddler gear as there was a lot in the house but since it wasn`t listed we hauled way more than we needed to. The only complaint is the dishwasher was a bit finicky. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

It’s the last time before summer ends, that my kids and I are together. We unplug and just relax. We absolutely love your home This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Our family has been coming to the Cape for over a decade and we had a nice stay at this house in Hyannis. The house was clean and had most of what we needed. The screened-in porch is nice to overlook the pond (although trees in the way of the view). The bedroom setup was flexible for our group of all adults. There was limited equipment for the beach but they do have a resident parking pass so you can use that for the closest beach (Eugenia Fortes, by Hyannis Port). On a quiet cul-de-sac close enough to walk to town if you like. The management company responded to my texts promptly. They had travel shampoos, soaps, TP, etc which was nice since we were coming from far away. Getting into the house for `Check-in` was easy and smooth. House has character as you can see in the pictures. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The rental property was in a convenient location to the beach and downtown Hyannis. The house was spacious and had a nice view of The pond. The weaknesses were cleanliness and lack of paper products. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper per each bathroom and were not supplied with extra when I asked Turnkey, very unprofessional service. The house was not spotless i.e.The floors were dirty as were the bathrooms. If the house had been cleaner the stay would have been perfect. Positive: The house is exactly as pictured. Well equipped kitchen, a few day supply of toiletries, games and books. Located close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

Negative: The entry into the neighborhood was a little sketchy, but turned out to not be a problem. Although the pond was beautiful, no one could swim in it. There was a canoe, but it was chained up and not available to use.

While unpacking, one of my friends stepped on glass in the downstairs bedroom. During our entire 5 day stay, she was unable to get it out of her foot. The sheets on one of the upstairs bedrooms had 3 large stains. We obviously had to change them. In the same bedroom, we discovered a bug crawling in the bed after the sheets were changed. How many sheets were not changed? I contacted Turn Key and was told they were not doing anything about it. We asked if they would contact the owners, and we were told `probably not`. We asked what they would do with the information we gave them and we were told that they would `note it for the record`. Someone from Turn Key should have come to the house to straighten out the matter and we should have, at the very least, received a cleaning discount. I`m completely disappointed in the cavalier attitude of Turn Key and would never rent another house if they are the managers.

Community: Downtown Hyannis is a few minutes away. You can walk, but we chose to drive. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. A 7 min drive takes you to the marina where you can board a ferry to Martha`s Vineyard. Parking is tough, but worth the struggle to find. Near the marina, stop at The Black Cat. Reservations are suggested. Great cosmos and delicious quahogs. We all enjoyed dinner entries, from steak to seafood. Craigsville Beach is a short ride away. The house provided a beach pass. Nice beach. Across the street are 2 breakfast/lunch snack shacks, the Barnacle and Barnacle 2. Both were great. Great lobster roll and shrimp tacos. Highly suggest goi This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
