You'll love staying in this luxurious 2,000-square-foot Cornerstone townhouse when you visit Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley! Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner Road, this beautiful home is only a few blocks from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short ride on the free city purple line shuttle, a few minutes when driving by car, or a slightly longer walk up the hill!

The owners of this vacation home have personally furnished it to their high standards, so you will have an unforgettable experience. Upon entering, you will marvel at the attention to detail, from the distressed wide-plank wood flooring to the hand-hewn log railings, warm hues, and custom-designed rooms. After you remove your shoes in the slate entryway and hang your coat on the antique ski-coat rack, you enter the first of two living rooms, where you will spend your evening relaxing on the distressed leather furniture. The open floor plan on the first level allows you to move freely around the kitchen, which has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a spacious living room with plenty of windows. Park your vehicle in our heated garage, where there is plenty of room to store your skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the summer.

For the chefs in your family, the kitchen is spectacularly well equipped: professional stainless cookware; plentiful assortment of flatware, glasses, ceramic and plastic plates and cups, coffee mugs; extensive collection of serving, cooking, and food prep utensils; forged block knife set with steak knives; mixing and serving bowls; glass, ceramic and metal bakeware; gas grill and grill tools including grilling basket; coffee maker, bean grinder, electric tea kettle, Ninja blender, electric hand mixer, and large crock pot. There's even a "community cupboard" where the owners share spices, condiments, and baking supplies!

When your meal is complete, your group can sink into big leather chairs and a couch in the living room to watch a movie or catch the big game on the enormous 70-inch HDTV. You can finish that favorite novel or plan the next day's adventures in front of the gas fireplace. Or walk over to the association's two large outdoor hot tubs to soak your muscles while meeting fellow travelers. You can send the kids upstairs to the second living room, where they will be entertained with the 65-inch HDTV. If you need to catch up on work, there is high-speed WiFi to help you tackle those last-minute projects.

After you decide to retire for the evening and rest your muscles from a day on the slopes or a hike in the mountains, the primary bedroom includes all the comforts you need for a peaceful night's sleep. The private bathroom provides granite countertops, stone tile floors, and a walk-in shower. One of the upstairs guest bedrooms includes an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and the third bedroom has access to a shared bath across the hall, which features a walk-in shower. There is a queen Aerobed in the closet for extra guests.

When you leave the Yampa Valley, you'll dream about the days spent discovering our beautiful mountains and valleys and telling everyone back home how incredible your stay was in our wonderful mountain home.
