There were seven ladies at the condo for 2 days. It is a lovely place and has all the things that you would want. There was a state of the art toaster, and tea pot. We were impressed with furnishings and the beds were really comfortable. The view from the balcony was superb. We highly recommend this condo.

This is a fabulous condo that is just as pictured. The condo is actually more spacious than the pictures indicate. The sunrises were spectacular. great location with many places walkable. would definitely rent again.

Had 9 adult sized people stay and had plenty of room. We were pleasantly surprised by how big it was. We thought I’d was going to be small with the mirrored wall. It checked all of our boxes. Amazing view, we could see back to the bay from the L shaped balcony. The trash shoot on each level helped us not make so many trips to the ground floor, who likes messing with dumpsters anyway? I see my wife and I going back. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

The condo was fantastic. Beautiful view, on beach, close to everything, lots of room for our group of 9. Thoughtfully equipped for vacationers playtime and relaxing time. Only complaints were not about this unit but the facility and area... elevators were not working consistently and long wait times everywhere to eat. Other than that we`ll definitely be back! This condo is located right in front of the beach. Thought a little crowded on memorial weekend and a little hard to get around; The grocery store and gas station is just a walk away. The condo was very clean and modern. We had a great time on the beach, as well as, in the pool and jacuzzi. My only issues were the below:

1) Front desk at check-in didn`t know dogs were allowed in this unit. This caused concern, as we drove 6 hours to stay at the condo. But once that was rectified by turnkey, we were able to complete check-in. This was confusing to me, as i saw multiple dogs at the condo and on the beach. Even though we were told it was SERVICE DOGS only. Please make sure the front desk knows which units allow pets to remove the anxiety from the renters checking in.

2) The elevator was leaking every single day we were there. The floor of the elevator was always wet and not safe.

3) Key cards did not work consistently. We had 4 key cards and had to re-program them, but still only one would work throughout the visit.

4) Wifi and TV remote documentation was not available in the unit. I had to call the front desk and then turnkey to get the wifi password. And we finally realized the tv cable box is on top of the tv, so you have to angle the remote and turn on both Cable and tv in sync to get it to work correctly.

5) Parking was scarce in the gate. Almost every single parking space says RESERVED and we were told to park in blank or PERMIT space. I noticed other people were just parking in the RESERVED spaces.

Besides that , the condo was great, the location was great and the beach was great. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
