It is 30 minutes from the airport and two minutes from the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo makes it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure.

This lower-level duplex home has an open, relaxed feeling, starting with an ocean view great room with floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping ocean views and a nicely furnished deck. Relax on the beautiful redwood deck or on a lounge chair in the sand and watch birds and dolphins play as you sunbathe, read, catch up with one another, have a barbecue, take in a sunset, or watch the brilliant starlit skies. Swim, surf, or paddleboard, take a walk, bicycle on an ocean path to Dana Point Pier, run down the beach, kayak, go boating, or play golf at a nearby course.

Lots of comfortable cluster seating make this a great place to relax, reconnect, and recharge with one another or watch the large TV. A ceiling fan keeps you comfortable at all times. A roomy ocean-view dining area is next to the modern, well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.
