There is also a relaxing chaise lounger and a sofa bed in this room, as well as ample closet space. The master bath, right next to the bedroom, features a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.
The 2nd upstairs bedroom has 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed; the 3rd bedroom (a spacious kid's room with 5 twin beds total) has twin bunk beds with a trundle underneath and 2 additional twins. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom with double sinks.
All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of linens. This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.

BEACH CONDITION: Guest understands that the owner has no control over the condition of the beach and cannot be held liable for any changes to beach conditions or any closing as ordered by any official agency. This house is located on the beach, & as such often experiences exposure to natural forces endemic to the locale. Sometimes there are offshore storms that result in high tides that may come up to the sea wall, and a drop off exists that does not have a handrail.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are enforced.
