Enter the gated entrance and take the elevator to this 2-bedroom, 2-bath. 1-story, 3rd floor home - on the way you will see the Ferris Wheel and Newport hills. Beautiful views can be seen from the dining room with a table for 6. The patio has both a bistro set ideal for kids and nice high top chairs for the adults.
A casual beach chic great living room has a ceiling fan and recessed lighting so you can easily customize your ambiance. There is also a large flat screen TV which can be enjoyed from the sectional sofa. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper (it is not a traditional sofa that you just pull out), so 6 people can sleep comfortably in beds in this home.
If the door is open you can look to your left and see Promontory Point and the Ferris Wheel; to the right is the Balboa Pier, beach and ocean. The kitchen has a nice skylight and all brand new appliances so you have everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires - just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. (Note: No BBQ grill)
The king primary bedroom has spectacular views of the beach and private door access to the balcony (keep the door open to have ocean waves lull you to sleep!) The primary bath (also accessible from the great room area via a walkway) has a skylight and a shower/tub combo. The queen bedroom also has an en suite bath and a shower/tub combo. 6 people can sleep comfortably in beds when the queen sofa bed is used. Maximum of 6 people allowed at one time in this home. All beds and baths are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.
Additional amenities include a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience, WIFI and smart TV's for streaming, and there is 1 covered parking space plus 1 guest parking space (based on first come-first serve for the condo complex) and there is limited street parking, but plenty of metered municipal lots within blocks of this home.

There will be construction in the city parking lot in front of the home until June 2023. This may block the view of the ocean from the property. (There is no construction at the home.) Access to the home should not be impeded.
There is no smoking inside or outside this home.
Due to the coastal climate, this home is not equipped with air conditioning, but does have a ceiling fan in the great room and each bedroom has a combination fan/heater.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
