This 2,000 square-foot Moab home will easily become a family favorite destination spot with its ideal location, dual master suites, great home essentials, and stunning views. Up to eight guests can stay here.

Located south of the main hub of Moab, right next to beautiful Moab Golf Course, this rental is just right for those looking to escape the stresses of life. After a day filled with exploring nearby Slick Rock Trail, Steel Bender Trail, and other off-roading trails close by, come home to relax on the private patio or in the hot tub and view more stars in the night sky than you ever knew existed.

Wood trim, ample windows to bring in natural light, nice furnishings, and a cool grey-blue color on the walls create a welcoming space in which the whole family will feel right at home.

The living room is made up of a corner brick-framed fireplace, flatscreen TV, coffee table, two accent chairs, and an inviting sofa. Kick back and watch the game, or sip hot cocoa while the fire crackles nearby.

The modern kitchen has an industrial vibe with knotted wood cabinets, metal stools at the countertop bar, and stainless steel appliances. Everything you'll need to whip up home-cooked meals is supplied, from a microwave to coffeemaker. After a filling meal around the dining table for six, and a quick cleanup using the dishwasher, pull out board games to enjoy some friendly competition before bed.

As eyelids grow heavy, retreat to one of the three bedrooms for a good night's rest. All eight travelers will have a bed to sleep: The master bedroom houses a king-size bed, a queen bed is found in the second room, two twin beds occupy the third, and the loft has another queen-size bed.

There's no waiting for a morning shower, as each bedroom has an attached full bathroom, and one more full bath is located off the downstairs main living area. A washer and dryer are even provided for mid-week washes!

With two national parks, a stunning state park, and the Colorado River within a 10-minute drive, everyone will stay happily amused during the entire getaway. Drive north to Arches National Park to hike and take in stunning views of the natural sandstone arches. Choose to enter Canyonlands National Park through either the Island in the Sky or The Needles entrance to hike, rock climb, and take a scenic drive. Book a whitewater rafting tour down the Colorado River, or drive north to Moab's Aquatic Center to swim and fly down water slides. Spanish Valley is just south and is home to Ken's Lake, a nice man-made reservoir ideal for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Guests will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club, so don't forget to pack your clubs!

From Jeep tours to biking across hundreds of miles of dirt trails, the whole family will adore an adventuresome getaway staying at this impeccable Utah vacation home.

Coyote Run 2 was the perfect place for my group of three couples to stay. The house was spacious, each couple had their own bathroom, the area is quiet, and the kitchen is adequately equipped. While located s bit south of Moab, it was still just a short drive to all the sites we wanted to see and visit. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved the place and had a very comfortable stay. The place is tastefully done with high ceilings and nice bathrooms. Well stocked with everything you might need. We enjoyed the little verandah outside with hot tub. Highly recommend :)

This house fulfilled all ours needs was wonderful

This is a great house--everything up to snuff. Very quiet and peaceful. A wonderful base for red rock adventures.
Annemarie P. Apr 2021
We loved the house. It was in a great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was spacious and everyone was comfortable. Perks were having a hot tub, long table for meals, and enough bathrooms for each couple. It suited us perfectly!
Brent P. Apr 2021
Great location and spacious floor plan. Have rented this house for several years and it’s always my favorite. BBQ needs to be replaced but all else was great as usual.
Jalam R. Nov 2020
House in excellent location out of town. It was clean and comfortable. Hot tub wasn't available for one night and host was quick to respond and refunded us some money which was appreciated. Other review mentioned low water pressure, which we specifically asked about before booking. Host assured it was was not. Overall we still enjoyed our stay
Manager response:
Hi, Jalam! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Our general manager did investigate the water pressure concerns by reaching out to the HOA; they stated the entire complex sometimes experiences lower pressure during certain times of the day. They have contacted the water district to have someone come and test the home's pressure. Thank you!

My friend and I took out first trip to Moab and stayed in the Coyote Run was wonderful! We were blessed to get a big winter storm (this is exciting for us Texans) and got to enjoy snow-covered golf course views from the back porch, a snowy hot tub evening and a beautiful snow-covered neighborhood. Such a treat! The house was clean and just as described. Management was readily available for all questions and needs. Would highly recommend this vacation rental if traveling to Moab!!
Manager response:
Hello, Rebecca! Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the home and location. We hope to host you again soon!
William B. Aug 2020
The location is beautiful and quiet, with a golf course out the back and a dead-end neighborhood. The problems were a broken DVD player, a clogged toilet, broken window shade in one bedroom, and we were provided the wrong code to unlock the hot tub cover.

We worked with the property manager on those issues and although we finally got the correct code after 2 days had passed, and they sent someone to unclog the toilet, the other issues were noted but not remedied during our stay.

One other kind of serious issue with cleanliness was the previous guests must have thrown out some nasty liquid in the trash that filled the garage with an amazingly unpleasant smell - it was terrible... I simply cannot overstate how bad it was. I moved the can outside but still got whiffs. The day they finally picked up the trash I still found myself washing and rinsing the can to get rid of the nasty funk so it wasn't stanking up the neighborhood.
Manager response:
Hi, William! We apologize for the inconveniences you faced while staying with us. The toilet and hot tub lock were addressed during your stay, and the kitchen shears, electric tea kettle, and DVD player have all been replaced. We do hope to have a chance to impress you in the future. Thank you!
Renee C. Jun 2020
The home was extra clean with a wonderful kitchen. The Moab area is loaded with activities for the entire family and the parks are stunning!
The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that we prefer a home with fewer neighbors.
We enjoyed watching the turkeys and mule deer that wander through the golf course that is in the house's backyard.
Robert G. Oct 2019
Nice house and location. House could use some new modern comforters, pillows, and sheets.
Elizabeth W. Aug 2019
Great, spacious house, away from highway noise. We had water pressure issues, meaning we had to take showers one at a time (and while washing machine, dishwasher, or toilets were not in use) but I think these issues will be addressed by Vacasa. Had plenty of room for our party of 4. Enjoyed the beautiful golf course and sunsetting sky view in the evenings!
Laurie W. Jul 2019
Amazing house! The amenities were up to standard. House was super clean! Very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay there again!!
Stephen J. G. Jun 2019
The house was clean, quiet and spacious. Nice to be a bit away from the hustle of Moab.

Second year here and was super happy! Great location, large driveway for the Jeeps and lots of room in this spacious beautiful house.
Yvonne G. Mar 2019
We Migrate to Moab to mountain bike every year. The house is greatly positioned in the valley for biking and off roading. On Wednesday it snowed all day. The comforts of the home and large unobstructed windows made for a great day.
Tom W. Mar 2019
Communication form Vacasa was excellent, house was spotless upon arrival, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and showering supplies.
Towels and bedding were of a good quality, convienient location, area is nice and quiet. Able to enjoy the night sky right from the house.
We would highly recommend this property when visiting Moab.
Elizabeth H. Oct 2018
Comfy beds, plenty of towels and linens, everything clean, kitchen well stocked.
Phil M. Sep 2018
House was beautifully designed and furnished. There was nothing we needed. Location just outside of town; on golf course with mountains behind was perfect
Greg A. Sep 2018
My wife her parents and my parents stayed here for four nights while hiking through canyon lands and arches national park. The house was amazing nice views of the golf course plenty of room for the six of us each bedroom had it’s own bathroom which was really nice. Also while we were here given it’s close proximity we were able to rent some UTV’s and go off roading on the slick rocks as they are called which was an amazing experience! Over all the house offered everything we could have asked for!
Debra O. Aug 2018
The location was central to all the attractions, yet located in a quiet secluded neighborhood. The house was perfect for us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for total privacy. We like to cook and found the kitchen very satisfactory. Would have liked more kitchen towels and dishwasher soap. Laundry was also a real plus.
Beverly L. Aug 2018
The home has everything you could need. The owner even had laundry detergent pods so we could wash clothes. The views are amazing and the location is convenient to everything in the Moab area. The neighborhood is in a designated “dark sky” area which made the night sky breathtaking. There are 2 king and 2 queen beds. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The house has an open floor plan with plenty of seating in the living and dining areas. We would definitely choose this house again!
Timothy M. Jul 2018
Coyote Run is a bit outside of Moab, which is nice but also adds 10-15 minutes to any trips to town or the National Parks. It was nice to sit out back and watch the golfers, this house has views of the golf course. The house was nice and clean. Beds were comfy to sleep in. The kitchen was well apportioned, with fantastic pans for cooking. Little amenities were appreciated like charging strips next to the beds. All in all a good value for the money. The finishing touches are off slightly, TV is a cluster of wires with speakers hanging off the wall. But all functional. The dreaded hot tub from so many other posts on this house still is not functional, with everything so new, this hot tub seems to be a second hand pickup. Water pressure is low, especially when more than one shower is running. This leads to quick showers.
Manager response:
We appreciate this feedback! We are very happy to announce this beautiful home is getting a brand new hot tub! Our maintenance technician is scheduled to tighten up the speaker wires. Thank you!
Linda G. Jul 2018
3 couples and everyone had a bathroom. Even room for one child in the loft. Modern appliances and comfy beds. Large kitchen made cooking communal and fun.
Harlan H. Jun 2018
Great location, as advertised, well stocked. Beautiful.
Teresa L. May 2018
This is a lovely place to stay. The decor is beautiful, the hot tub is so very welcome, and the view from the backyard is gorgeous and quiet, perfect for a peaceful morning or evening.
Jennifer C. May 2018
This was the perfect place to stay for our girl's hiking trip to Moab. It was super clean, quiet and the private hottub was wonderful. Thank you!
Morgan M. Apr 2018
Great place outside of town.
Sydna B. Mar 2018
Fit our 4 adults and 3 kids—lots of room. Kitchen well equipped. Hot tub dirty upon our arrival; maintenance did their best to vacuum it, so we appreciated that. Washer was broken but Vacasa made it right by doing our laundry for us. They even picked up and delivered. We are very appreciative. Thanks Vacasa for a great family vactin a nice home.
Bentsen S. Feb 2018
We had a wonderful time staying at the Coyote Run 2 house. The location was beautiful and overlooked the golf course and red rocks out the back of the property. The house was immaculate and well kept.

While we were there, our hot tub had a sudden leak. The local Management had someone out there immediately to repair it and they were quickly able to get it fixed so we could continue to use it during our stay. Everyone we dealt with from Vacasa was friendly and quick to help.

We plan on staying here whenever we're in Moab!
Katie B. Jan 2018
We loved our time at Coyote Run and look forward to staying here again when we're next in Moab! We loved the location of the house a few miles from town. It was quiet and we could watch deer on the golf course behind the house, but easily get to Moab and the parks. We had 6 adults and 3 kids (4 yo, 2 yo, 1 yo) and it fit us comfortably. For the most part the house was stocked as stated in our welcome email, although we did end up needing to purchase potholders since there were none when we arrived, and there was not an adequate amount of laundry/dish soap for the size of the house. There had been a big snow a few days before we arrived which led to some pretty dangerous ice on the porch between the house and the hottub. Although someone came to salt after we called Vacasa, they didn't have enough to leave us more and there was no snow shovel. The next day we had another layer of solid ice. Because of this we didn't use the hottub nearly as much as we wanted. I hope a shovel and a bag of salt will be available to keep future visitors safe in the winter.
Jonathan C. Sep 2017
This is an extremely nice property in Moab. We have stayed at several houses in the Moab area, and this is the nicest we've ever stayed at. The private hot-tub was a huge hit. This is the place to stay in Moab and will likely be our "go to" spot from now on.
Melinda S. Jul 2017
Great quiet location loved Ken's lake for swimming in the hot afternoons, close to Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks, and able to see many stars late at night. We always look for quiet retreats for our family to get together and just loved this vacation. We have four kids and they rated this as one of the best family vacations so far! Loved the hot tub, space available, and quiet of this location. Thanks!
Reid M. Jun 2017
Enjoyed the great views including mule deer on the golf course each morning
Jack P. May 2017
Stayed for our annual spring biking trip in Moab. Location was nice and quiet on the golf course and out of the fray downtown. Great hot tub, gas grill and plenty of room.
Ashley L. Apr 2017
This was a great home base for our travels around Moab and surrounding areas, super quiet, hot tub was great but we were not given the combination to the lock on it prior to check in and the one listed in the guest book was incorrect - I would make sure you have this info prior to arrival if it's important to you. Hard to find at night and google maps doesn't take you quite far enough down the road so make sure you have written directions with you.
Thomas A. Apr 2017
We will definitely be back. The house was all that we expected and easily accommodated 7 people. We loved that it had 3.5 baths!
Amy R. Mar 2017
This was a great place to stay for our group! We loved that it was outside of the main town, which meant it was quiet. We hope to come back again someday!
Moira S. Feb 2017
Stay here, you will love it. Very quiet and the views were heavenly. Close to town but need a car. The place is so relaxing and open and spacious.
Jared B. Nov 2016
A great weekend with great people. Quit location close to the golf coarse
Vera J. Nov 2016
My girlfriends and I have had a wonderful experience staying at Coyote Run. We have stayed there the last two years in unit 9 and unit 2. I would use them again. If they will explain why a full payment is necessary a year in advance. November is a great time to stay in Moab. We stayed the first part of November 2016
Leanne C. Oct 2016
A little far from downtown Moab, but close to some off-roading trails. Very clean! We would stay there again.
