ALSO, ALL spots are on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited parking. No RVs, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass(es) before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. If you need to park a 2nd vehicle, you are welcome to park at our Vacasa office, located at 1585 Gulf Shores Parkway. Please come inside and pick up your free Vacasa Pass prior to leaving your vehicle. We will direct you to our guest parking area.

I was very disappointed in our condo. Reviews were good, pictures were out of a magazine, so what on earth happened??? My main concern was the musty smell. There were major water spots on the ceiling, so I’m assuming the roof leaked, hence the musty smell. There weren’t sheets for the pull out. I texted asking where/how I could get sheets. They wanted my name and dates of stay, which I gave them, but never a response on where/how to get sheets. There were places on the wall where paint was torn off as well as other marks on the wall. This condo needs some work!!!

The sofa sleeper linens are left on the sofa or a side table beside the sofa for guest use. We apologize that theses items were missing upon your arrival. Guest are asked to reach out to us during their stay so we can have the opportunity to repair any items or provide any missing linens. I loved the fact that the condo was very quiet and gave off that homey feeling. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The staff and other renters were extremely polite! We cannot wait to return

Condo was clean and comfortable with easy beach access . Love the loft, so with one bedroom, adults can be upstairs, adding to privacy. The covered parking kept our car nice and cool too. We also loved the Sugar Shack… great for snacks, drinks and adult beverages, right by the pool. Location is super convenient , close to great restaurants, shopping and attractions. Want to come back again for sure!

I loved all the little touches in the condo. I thought the complex was nice and convenient. Overall great place, just a little older, small stain on ceiling and dusty vents. Would stay here again for sure. I loved that our unit was lofted bedroom and two bathrooms!! View is of new building under construction, but owners can’t help that.

Had some trouble with the booking process and the room use to be "sea view" but the new condo being built next door blocks the view. However, upon arrival everything was great. We got their five hours early and got our parking pass and went to the beach till our condo was ready. It was excellent! Everything at the property was great we are looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. Even with the construction in place next door; the noise was not a major factor in our stay. However, we were disappointed with the view of the beach and broken elevator. Overall, we were just happy to find somewhere to stay during Spring Break due most hotels being full.
