This fashionably modern, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located on the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation and right on the beach! You'll only be steps from the warm sand and cool water of the Atlantic ocean. Relax on two private, ground-level patios; take a dip in the community outdoor pool, or hit downtown Fernandina and local area shops for great finds and excellent dining! This terrific condo comes equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed wireless internet, and a washer/dryer. This condo is multi-level and has about 40 steps leading to the condo. There is a queen in the primary bedroom and a full and twin in the secondary bedroom.

Best view in the 25 yrs. I've been coming. Floor plan of condo is great too. Not 5 star, as it's dated and needs a cosmetic clean up. Don't let that stop you. Location and view worth it!

We enjoyed our weekend here. The porch has a wonderful view. Beautiful surroundings.
Be prepared for lots of stairs to get to the unit.
The kitchen has a light out, the carpet close to the doors could be cleaned, the TV has a torn speaker cone causing a raggedy sound, and the TV only has SD service, not HD. I didn't find the beds very comfortable. Internet is super-fast.

It is unfortunate that the swimming pool was colder than the ocean and not useable. We expected daily swims to be available. We also were not lucky that the beach was under construction 24/7 in front of the unit.

This is our 8th year visiting this condo. The location is great with a quick walk to the beach. The views are incredible. The beach is not crowded. Two bedroom two bath is perfect for us. Would not stay anywhere else on Amelia! Very very happy!

Absolutely LOVE this condo! Gorgeous views in the morning and evening and 2 minute walk to the beach. Great location and enjoyed the shady pool surrounded by live oaks. Truly a treasure!
