With its views of the ocean and ideal location a short walk from the beach, Casa Verde has it all. Enjoy a 12-foot x 26-foot private pool, hot tub, and a fun outdoor bar to welcome you home from the sand each afternoon.

The home elevator goes from the driveway level to all three floors, making carrying luggage and groceries a breeze. Your visit begins on the top floor, where you'll find a spacious great room with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, a gas fireplace, and a home theater system with a DVD player and stereo surround sound. Prepare meals easily in the chef's kitchen and find plenty of seating in the dining room for the whole gang. On this same top level are an expansive deck where you can take in the view, two tastefully appointed primary bedrooms, and a quiet office space.

The second level is home to wonderfully decorated bedrooms, including one with an en suite bathroom with a roll-in shower and a roll-under sink. Centrally located for everyone on the second floor is a coffee/wet bar with a mini-fridge, so you can enjoy that first cup of joe as soon as your feet hit the floor in the morning.

The first floor is where the fun is! After a long day at the beach, head into the game room to play pool or watch a movie on the LCD TV home theater system with DVD stereo surround sound. This room also features a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There are two primary bedrooms located on this level as well.
