Nice kitchen and great view from the living room and master bedroom. Hall bathroom has been nicely updated. Living area was comfortable. There are a few things that need to be freshened up or updated. The master bath is small and needs updating. There are some minor cosmetic things with paint and cracks in the ceiling that would help the overall appearance. Overall a good place to stay oceanfront during our winter vacation.

We loved it. So close to restaurants shopping, and a fishing pier. Parking was easy and parking area well lit at night. This condo had all the amenities for the comfort of home.

We stayed Oct 1-15. First floor end unit, oceanfront, right next to public beach access. We were two adults, adult child w/ Asperger’s, and our dog Arlo. Arrived just after Ian passed, and we’re concerned when we arrived seeing all the sand and damage in NMB. However we were shocked to see no damage in this unit. It’s spacious, well appointed, and well stocked with any kitchen appliance you could need. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and cookware. Wi-Fi was excellent, TVs in every room. One issue we had was resolved quickly by Vacasa and their maintenance man Kevin. If we had to find any fault, albeit minor, would suggest new seating furniture in the living area, as they gave up a few kinks in our backs. Minor issue really. Already booked again for April. Best vacation rental ever. We discovered the old saying is true…”You get what you pay for!”

It was our first time bringing our dogs on our annual MB trip and this place was perfect. Toiletries were available, plenty of bathroom towels, great selection of kitchen items, very clean, comfortable. A great place!

We had a great stay at Salt Sand Sea. There is plenty of space for family, the location and proximity to the beach is desirable, well equipped (with a couple of minor hiccups - prepare to bring hand soap, kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, trash bags). We had a couple issues with cleanliness and the patio door when we arrived, but they were addressed immediately. I would recommend a different rug for the living room because of that reason. It would've been nice to have access to some basic cleaning supplies, kitchen towels, and more bathroom towels. The biggest issue we had was with the range - it is in need of repair and/or replacement.
Overall we were very satisfied and would consider booking a trip there again!

We had a great weekend stay! The unit was clean, especially for a pet-friendly home. The ocean views were amazing and beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. Our only complaint is that there was no toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, wash cloths or hand towels when we arrived, so we had to go grab those - not a huge deal but just a heads up to future guests.

This is a perfect beach front condo for all your needs. It is big enough for the family and was steps to the beach. There was an issue with the fridge and Vacasa was attentive and had someone come out to fix it the next day. Thank you for a great stay!
