Newly renovated in 2022, this custom-built beach retreat will leave you feeling relaxed and peaceful, with its specially crafted interior and bright, fun design choices. Nestled in a grove of live oaks and featuring a large wraparound porch and expansive deck, you’ll feel like you’ve stumbled on a secret treehouse. You’re close to all the amenities of Isle of Palms, yet tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, you’ll feel a million miles away. Explore the neighborhood with miles of bike paths accessible behind the home and enjoy walking distance to the marina.

Grab a cup of coffee and start the day in one of your lovely outdoor living spaces. The couch on the deck, shaded by trees, is the perfect spot for a quiet book. The large side yard with a fire pit, tree swing and kid swings is a perfect place for the kids and adults to hang out together, and the front yard pond offers another private, shaded seating area.

Back inside it’s breakfast time. The well-equipped, newly renovated kitchen offers all-new stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, plenty of counter space, and all the gadgets you need to cook for a crew. There’s also an extra fridge in the garage for overflow groceries. Dine together at the sunroom table for six, or step back outside and dine alfresco on the deck at the table that comfortably seats eight to 10.

After breakfast, explore the island. Both the marina and the ocean are nearby. The beach is about a block and a half away, and there’s walking access just across the street from your home, with a golf-cart path nearby as well. No matter how you spend the day, leave plenty of time to enjoy this lovely oasis. When you return, fire up the gas grill on the deck to keep it casual for dinner. There’s room for the whole group to gather on the sectional in the living room for some cozy TV watching.

At bedtime, choose from a large king room with an en suite bath, one extra-large king room with a daybed trundle and en suite bath, one queen room, and one twin room with a trundle as two additional twin beds on the main floor for extra sleeping space – one twin bed in the sunroom and one semi-private twin bed in the transition room with a full bath and a washer/dryer in the closet.

Amazing location and an excellent yard for the kids. We usually rent on the other side of the island and had a blast exploring the Marina and the north side of IOP. The house was a short walk to the beach and the culdesac and bike paths were awesome for the kids to ride their bikes. The house was clean and plenty of space for the whole family spread out after a long day at the beach!!

Our family has rented properties at the Isle of Palms for over a decade and I have to say this rental was "The Best Yet". The location is superb - the privacy of a cul-de-sac, a shady yard to enjoy, minutes away from one of the best beach accesses, nearby walking path and a brief ride to the Marina - PERFECT! New and Clean interior, everything worked properly and was equipped with any needs for dinner home on the shady deck. Decor reflects a modern designer touch - colors of the sunset enhances the vacation mindset. Another plus - very comfy seating and sleeping. Booking again!

This property was a perfect getaway for my family! It has the best of both worlds with nearby beach access and a cul-de-sac for our kids to play! Backs up to a view of a golf course with sidewalks to take evening walks. The patio was great for lounging and spending time with family will definitely visit again!

This place was a major score!! The stylish modern decor was such a fun departure from the typical beach house look. The teens were in selfie heaven! Ha! The kitchen had literally everything and pantry space for days. Everything was brand new! The beach access was even closer than we thought! A super easy walk or bike ride. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, but then last minute our eldest son was able to make it with his girlfriend. Not sure I should say, but we were elated to find this place actually sleeps a few more! Lots of clever nooks and great bathrooms! Oh and the mattresses were divine! I CAN NOT WAIT to go again this summer!

My family loved staying in this home! The setup for guests and the design is all very well considered! The house felt very clean. The location was wonderful, on a quiet culdesac that feels very tucked away even though it’s not. The culdesac and side yard was great for the kids. We could walk, ride bikes, or golf cart easily to the beach or marina. The marina offers kayaks, paddle boards, boat rentals and has a great restaurant to enjoy. There are several beach accesses you can use. 42nd is a great access, because it has a handicap walk path. We had plenty of space for our 24 foot boat and four cars that all fit in the driveway and the parking that is off to the side. A bonus to this house is that it backs up to an awesome bike path where you can explore the island and harbor! We were a party of 11 and felt we had plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend.
