Just a short drive from downtown Asheville and within a short walk/bike from numerous trails on the Bent Creek trail system in Pisgah National Forest, this spacious home offers a quiet location equipped for family-friendly convenience.

A large yard provides plenty of room to spread out while enjoying time together - the family dogs will love it to! Fire up the gas grill for a classic Carolina barbecue and enjoy backyard entertainment with a few rounds of cornhole. In the evenings, gather around the wood-burning firepit for s'mores and starlight conversation. A fully enclosed porch extension off the kitchen features a beautiful array of screened windows and skylight, with a patio table and armchairs furnished for all-season comfort.

Plan at-home entrées with ease in the gorgeous, updated kitchen equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware and utensils, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There's breakfast bar seating for three and the indoor dining table can accommodate up to six for sit-down meals.
