Water View Haven is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfect for staying with multiple families. We had three families with a total guest count of 10, ages range from 2 -70. This is a family friendly, single-story duplex. Everyone had plenty of privacy and room. Loved having coffee in the morning by the water. It was peaceful and quiet, perfect way to start a day! We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and boating. Our 12-year-old caught a 5 lb. bass from the dock.
We brought our boat and used the Kingsland community park boat launch and the slip at Water View Haven.
The beds are plush, everything is super clean. Our families spent evenings together grilling, playing games, star gazing and hanging out near the water in Adirondack chairs. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for sharing your home!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The dock was great for fishing and swimming. The only complaint is that we didn’t catch a single fish 😂

The house is updated nicely with very nice appliances. The beds are comfortable. It was clean, however more odds and ends could be available in the kitchen. Bring your own kleenex, and potholders if you plan on using the oven. So many deer! We loved seeing the deer multiple times per day. One morning about 50 geese were snacking on the lawn between the house and the river. If you bring a dog, the yard, front and back, has lots of stickers/sand burs so be careful. This area of Texas has scorpions so don't hang outside at night if they make you squeamish.
