The house is beautiful. Big, spacious. I like the way the rooms are set up. No bunk beds yay! So many homes in this area have bunk beds & we were a group of adults. No one wants to sleep in a bunk bed. The beds are comfortable. There’s a balcony off the living room that is not in the pictures. It’s very nice & it has L shaped sofa plus rocking chairs. Then there’s 2 sitting areas by the dock/ water. Plenty of dishes, pans & other amenities. Refrigerator kept turning off and then we couldn’t switch buttons from ice to water. We had to play with the buttons to figure it out. It was very clean. Lake area was quiet which made it easier to paddle board. There’s 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks provided. No floats. Propane was provided for bbq pit. Wood is not provided for fire pit so bring some. There’s a small front yard w/ a fence for the dogs to go potty. That is great if you have dogs. The parking is odd. There is a small driveway & you can fit 4 cars. The house is on a narrow dirt road with trees & rocks so there isn’t anywhere else to park. The walkway from the dock to the house is very steep and then leads to stairs to the balcony. It is a workout. Even the dog was pooped going up the hill & stairs. I was fine with it because I need the exercise, but beware if traveling with small kids or elderly. It may be too much for them. I travel and stay in Vrbo/ Airbnb often. This is one the best houses. I do recommend staying here. The check out at 10am is early. It would be better if it was 11am. As for Vacasa property management, they did respond to me quickly. But none of them are local. They are in another state so if you need something you might not get it. When I arrived on Fri at 4pm, both outside trash bins were full from previous guest. No one put the trash out for pick up. I called Vacasa and they said the next morning a maintenance person would pick it up. They never did. The whole weekend till Mon-no one came to get the trash. We had our own trash so we had no space for ours.

Perfect for a family vacation. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the River . Appreciated the kayaks. My husband tried fishing but nothing was biting apart from the turtles! The house was bright, modern and really clean.
