Directly adjacent to a nature preserve and boasting coastline views from the highest gulf-side floors, TOPS’L Summit rentals are available as two- and three-bedroom condos and hotel-style studio rentals. Studio units include jetted tubs and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster, while TOPS’L Summit condos feature a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private balcony. Select top-floor rentals include covered parking.

Tropical landscaping surrounds the lagoon-style outdoor pool at TOPS’L Summit rentals. The sundeck includes lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. An outdoor hot tub with additional lounge chairs is tucked behind evergreens and palms, apart from the main pool area for greater privacy.

A complimentary guest shuttle runs between the TOPS’L Summit rentals and the other TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort amenities, including the beach, resort restaurants, and the TOPS’L Club & Fitness Center.

Another great choice for casual dining, Club Tiki is located near the resort clubhouse. Catch a game on one of eight 52-inch TVs, or enjoy pizza, appetizers, and wraps, as well as cocktails and smoothies, in the covered outdoor lounge area.
