The house is very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The backyard is surprisingly private and quiet for the city. The location, however, was what really made this house special—a few blocks from Green Lake, near great coffee shops and restaurants, it was the perfect city trip for us and our kids.

Location was great. Walkable distance yo pikes place and the waterfront. Have some good restaurant choices and a small grocery store just a few minutes away. The apartment was clean and advertised. Some minor blemishes and wear and tear bur nothing glaring. The bedroom has an ac unit but the living room just had fans. Was not a problem for us. You can hear the city noise but that comes with the location. It was not a huge deal but if you are a light sleeper heads up. You do get a nice covered garage parking. Overall felt safe and would recommend if you are visiring seattle
