Darling little beach house w/ front porch, 3 blocks to the beach - dogs welcome!

Enjoy a delightful escape to this two-bedroom Rockaway Beach cottage, a simple, charming beach house with a dog-friendly living space, easy walking access to the sand, and an outstanding location for exploring the Northern Oregon Coast.

This sweet cottage sits on the east side of Highway 101, just three blocks' walk (via an official crosswalk) from the beautiful, sandy beach. Take morning strolls along Saltair Creek to see where it meets the Pacific Ocean, spend afternoons perusing the shops and eateries in downtown Rockaway Beach a few blocks north, and plan easy, memorable day trips to Manzanita (13 miles north), Oswald West State Park (14 miles north), and Cape Meares State Scenic Viewpoint (26 miles south).

Quiet, peaceful, and well-equipped with every necessity, the living space is cheerful and comfortable for a small family or a group of friends. Spend your mornings sipping freshly ground coffee on the front porch, watching the historic train pass by, and preparing breakfast with your loved ones in the open kitchen (with stainless steel appliances) and dining space. This home has no internet access, which makes it perfect for unplugging and catching up with loved ones.

Grab your bathing suits, flip-flops, and boogie boards, and spend the morning on the sand with a beautiful view of Twin Rocks. Walk back up to the house at lunchtime to grab an original corn dog at Pronto Pup across the street, curl up with a book or a board game on the porch, and choose a DVD to watch on the flatscreen TV. Bring your favorite music along to play on the house stereo system, and spend golden hour and sunset walking your dog on the beach (please note that a nightly pet fee applies).

Surround yourself with the rugged beauty of the Northern Oregon Coast in every season - book your vacation to Rockaway Beach today!

This is a tiny house, but great location. Recommend using the blankets to cover the windows in the Summer as the sun comes right in early and the street lights shine is at night.

The location, the cute house, comfortable

The house is so cute!!!! It is small, but is super clean and in a good location.
My friends and I had a great time there. I would recommend staying here for a romantic get away or a couple girls for a fun weekend.

Tiny but perfect for our quick stay.

This is a cute little cottage with just a short walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the cottage. Great quiet weekend. Just what I was looking for.

Small cottage/bungalow atmospere. Cook if you want to. Crabbing and fishing close by. Beach access accross Hiway 101. Rockaway is close to Tillamook, Nehalem, Geribaldi.

Lovely little cottage just a stone's throw from the beach. Very well equipped so we could cook our own meals, and there were plenty of books, toys and board games for the kids. Plenty of towels, first aid kit and extra blankets. The only thing that might put some people off is the lack of WiFi, however we enjoyed getting away from the internet for a while!

This little gem, just a couple of blocks from the beach, is clean and close to town. It's a great place for a cozy, quiet, unplugged beach getaway.

This cottage had everything we needed for a two day stay!

Clean, stocked, and very cute cottage close to the beach! All our needs were met with not only the staff at Vacasa, but within the cottage as well. We were within walkable distance to the beach and shops and would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location and the quietness of place. Perfect spot

Very quaint, cute, and clean beach cottage.

The cottage is so adorable - old photos and a good beachy vibe. We also found location to be great. Certainly walkable to the main strip - just a few blocks - but far enough away that you are not in the middle of everything. And, was easy to get to other places we wanted to visit along the coast.

We were very happy with our stay at this location. It is small but the listing has great pictures and interactive tour so we knew what we were getting.

Short walk to beach made running back for forgotten items quick and easy.

15 min stroll to downtown for shopping or eating or a 2 min drive

As long as you know its a cozy setting, this is a great place to stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, tight when we were all inside but it's so close to the beach and town so we weren't spending a lot of time inside.

Fully furnished, toys, movies and books. Hot water never ran out with 6 people showering. Great stay, would definitely book again

Nicely decorated, and cozy space. This home is perfect for tiny 400ish square feet. The dishes are plastic- including the wine glasses! Ugh! Otherwise I loved this little place. Four of us stayed for three nights and it was close quarters, but also a great gathering space. The cottage is close to the beach (just a short walk) and close to down town (a slightly longer walk, or short drive). I would recommend this place to certain people who like down to earth (this place was built in 1923/24!), cozy and adorable places, but not to my friends who like spacious new condo types.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in an area away from foot traffic but still within walking distance from the beach and shops. The interior is updated and includes many of the amenities you will find at home. I didn't give this place a five-star only because it doesn't offer wifi. Cell signal in and around the cottage was weak. Other than that, it was the perfect place to unwind. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Rockaway Beach during spring break. The cottage was cute and well stocked for rainy days. Lots of children’s books, family appropriate movies and board games. It’s small, but was the perfect size for us (two adults, a preschooler and toddler). An easy walk to the beach just across Highway 101. Perfectly situated for day trips to surrounding beach communities. We loved it!

Loved the place! Super cozy & cute. Super close to the beach (2 minute walk)! And Pronto Pug (corn dog / soft serve joint) is just a stone’s throw away!

It would have been 5 stars but all the dishware was plastic. Good if you tend to drop your plate or wine glass, bad if you like a pleasurable tactile experience when you eat or drink.
