This was our second time in this house on Kiawah, and just like last time we loved everything about it. It's a wonderful, gracious, well designed and furnished property, with stunning views over the marsh and interesting wildlife. The owners have maintained it really well, and very generously stocked up for us with various goodies before we arrived.

Vacasa also gave us wonderful support and assistance any time we needed it.

We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were nice, house was clean and it was well stocked. You can bike to the beach, takes about 15 minutes. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, well-appointed home in the heart of Kiawah. Spectacular views of the marsh and the Kiawah River in the distance. Great layout for a large family. Owner keeps the kitchen well-stocked with all the basic essentials.

we rented this place for the weekend my brother was getting married on the island. We loved the views of the marsh and the quiet street.
the only thing we didn't love is the distance to the beach but we knew what we were getting when we rented on the marsh.
it's beautiful!

Great stay, had a ball, only found a couple items that would have made things better and will address with Vacasa :) Highly recommend this house and we will return!

The house is beautiful and well located. Incredible views of the marsh. Well furnished and beautifully decorated. It’s a happy house for sure, we loved it and would rent it again without hesitation.

But our experience with Vacasa has been bitter sweet. We asked 4 times to have access to a garbage can and recycle bin that were probably left in the garage which we didn’t have access to. We had to leave leaving our trash and recycling in the house .... poor cleaning ladies.
We also asked for a 2nd key of the house and they never got back to us.
Manager response:
We sincerely apologize we missed getting a second key to this guest. The garbage and recycling bins are located behind the bushes on the property so they are not visible from the street per city ordinance. Thank you!

Very nicely furnished with beautiful artwork. Very clean and kept up. Views are spectacular and fun to watch the birds at the many feeders.
