Super clean, relaxing beauty only Moab can produce! A few miles out of town, quiet vineyard, super nice people, crazy beauty!

This house was perfect! My family and 6 of my teen son's friends (13 of us) stayed here and loved it!! There was plenty of room and it was a beautiful place! We would definitely stay here again!

Getting out of the hustle of the city without compromising the convince of access to it. I think the grocery store was less than 10 minutes away. The view with the vineyard was delightful. The area was very quiet and serene. Lots to love here. The house was clean and met our families needs quiet well. I highly recommend this place! If we return to Moab we already know where we are staying!

We stayed at Spanish Valley in March 2020 right before the world was shut down from the Corona virus. We had an great time and had ample space for my family. I can't wait to come back here again to mountain bike in June!

I loved this house and especially the location. It was far away enough from town to feel some peace but not so far that it was difficult to swing in for some items. The house was clean and packed with bath towels and swim towels. Unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning and that would have been nice to know earlier on. The owner gave me a discount for the hot tub. Another great thing was the connection to trails without having to go on the highway. The water pressure was awful but when we figured out to take a shower while nothing else was running, it really improved. The dishwasher needed a higher quality dish soap. The dishes would not come clean because of really hard water. There were a few repairs that should be done around the house. Nothing major. Besides that I would stay in the house over and over again. It really was a wonderful place and the items I mentioned shouldn’t deter anyone. Just a heads up for your stay.
Manager response:
Thank you for staying with us, Tiffany! We apologize the hot tub was not working for you. It turns out the circuit board is burnt out, and the owner is currently determining their next steps. This home uses well water with three other homes, so sometimes there are calcium deposits, which leaves items looking dirty, and sometimes the water pressure is low. We hope to see you again!

We enjoyed our stay but was disappointed that the water pressure was really too low to do much of anything. For a group, that can be hard to have to wait to run the dishwasher, or shower, or wash clothes. We could only do one thing at a time and it wasn't even that good then.

But the space was beautiful, with a beautiful view and comfy mattresses. The ping pong table was delightful and the tvs were really nice. It was about 10 minutes from downtown Moab and 20 from Arches. We also loved the hot tub but were super disappointed that a grill was advertised but it was broken and had been for a long time.
Manager response:
We appreciate your feedback from your recent stay here. There are three houses on this property all drawing water from the local well which does affect the water pressure when more than one water source is running at a time; we have added this information to notes provided to our guests prior to arrival so there are no surprises. The BBQ has been repaired, and we do apologize it was out for your stay. Maintenance has been scheduled to assess the outlets in the home. Thank you for staying with us!

The house was everything we needed for a big group. The beds were comfy and the views gorgeous. The only issue was that the stove kept trying to relight unless unplugged and the hot tub wasn't hot which was a huge bummer.
Manager response:
Hi, Kristen! The hot tub is currently being worked on, and maintenance is scheduled to look at the stove. We apologize for these inconveniences and hope to have another change to impress you in the future. Thanks!

Big house

We were a big group of about 10 adult and 9 children and this home was big enough to accommodate all of us. Beautiful views, quite and very clean. There is a ground keeper that is always around, he was able to help us with any question we had. You can't be too loud, it's more like a quite area. Overall a great experience!

This house was everything we wanted for a house in Moab. It is in a good location just outside of town, and appointed with fun amenities like the table tennis table. We were so happy to have found this house! Thanks to the groundskeeper and all of the friendly staff at the winery. They made our stay so incredibly wonderful! We will definitely book this house again in our future visits to Moab.
