Everything one needed was available, organized well into a small but seemingly spacious area. We loved it.

This is a pretty decent place to stay if you have a big group or family. Many individual "tiny homes" with a central hang out area. This was a great way to save money as we could cook and hang out for dinner and also enjoy the hot tub. Additionally, the room was centrally located in Moab yet still tucked away (isn't everything though?)

A few important details about this place were subpar. The room itself had broken light fixtures and loud appliances. The trash dumpster was always overflowing and the porch had a mysterious group of red/brown stains.

Despite the less than stellar review, I'd recommend this to other groups almost entirely due to the central hang-out area.
Manager response:
Hi, Anthony! Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. The owner has been made aware of your comments to take under consideration for future improvements.

These are a group of ten "tiny homes", just right for two to four people, with cheerful colors and comfortable beds, next door to the best Thai restaurant ever, and only a block away from the main street in Moab.

We recently stayed at Kokopelli West for a night while visiting Arches National Park. The house was perfect. It was clean, functional, and secure. It is also a very short drive to the park and walking distance to many restaurants and shops in downtown Moab. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great little place located walking distance from the city center. It is also on the Arches side of town so it isn’t far to the Park. Bunk beds were perfect for my 2 boys allowing me to sleep comfortably in the bed without them ;).

Our budget choice was Motel 6 or Kap. As a first time VRBO user, I hesitated. It was perfect; clean located downtown, and well stocked. It felt safe and cozy. Thank you.

The primary reason we use Kokopelli West is that it allows us to bring our dog; however, the filthy common areas, confusions regarding reservations, and facility disrepair have become too much. Would recommend that you stay only if you have a dog and only if you have looked for other places to stay and camp.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Don. This home has recently come under our management, and we do apologize for any confusions this caused with your reservation that was created under the previous managing company. We are actively working on cleaning these units up and hope to have another chance to impress you soon.

Great place to relax after a day of mountain biking.
