We've been staying at the San Dune since the mid 90's and are happy to see the new owner is really earnest in fixing the place up and making a go of it. It's a good spot in the middle of town but off the main road, dog friendly (even provide dog dish and towels), and #1 has full kitchen and separate bedroom with a door for quiet. We experienced some glitches with internet and tv, but property management company was responsive pretty quickly. There is no manager on sight as of yet, and many of the units are getting remodeled. It is not a posh rental, but functional and funky.
