Private house in the woods - hot tub, deck, beach access

Perfect home for a large, quiet family or group! 3550 sq. ft. 4 bedroom home (sleeps 8) This property is located on 1 spacious acre surrounded by 5 more acres of woods and a creek, a foot trail down to a foot traffic only beach, and is still close to town with all of the conveniences! Large, wrap around deck large hot tub, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 half baths, entertainment room with pool table, outdoor ping pong table, and beautiful wooded views. There are trails throughout the property including some leading to separate decks for privacy. Two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a separate studio add-on option has a king and twin day bed. Slight ocean views may be seen from property depending on foliage, with most views of majestic woods and creek views.

This home has exterior surveillance, and on-site caretaker, and is monitored by foot patrol for security and to ensure guest rental agreement compliance.

A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: Maximum car limit has been reduced to 3 cars. A 4th car may be approved by management if the cottage is additionally booked. The lower parking area will hold all 4 cars. The upper parking area is reserved for the Caretaker and Maintenance staff.
There is a security camera located away from the home toward the parking area and upper driveway for security and to monitor traffic to the home.

NOTE: Guests can NOT park in the single space located slightly above the driveway. This is not part of the property and is used by a neighbor.

Guests must drive 5 miles per hour maximum on gravel section of the driveway. Be cautious as this section of the road is steep.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

We loved the location of the house, walking distance to everything in town including a secluded access to the beach and ocean view. The house amenities were great too.
