The location is awesome and has pool and spa and is very close to the most outstanding coffee spot and morning bakery.
The place was clean and had everything we needed. So many extra towels and pillows and sheets, even. The kids’ pool area was nice and offered a LOT of toys and floats. The people around were very nice, too. Maybe a mile to grocery, shops, boat rentals, and convenience store. I would absolutely stay here, again. My sons (3 and 8) did not want to leave! (We stayed in June and the weather was PERFECT).
Liked the home quite a bit, great area, lots of room.
The perfect getaway cabin. It's very cosy and social (as the living space is open).
We liked the place very much. It was clean, great location, and it had all we needed (pans, utensils, wash&dryer, etc.). It was easy and convenient.
Look for Lake Forest Glen not Lagoon.
Unit is small and meant for 4 people maximum. The unit also needs to be upgraded all areas and more blankets.
The property manager has been in touch with the owner, and some upgrades are planned for the near future. We'll keep our guests posted!
The place was clean and well provided for with everything we needed. A quiet area but with two swimming pools and tennis courts. Close to Tahoe City and all its restaurants and fun things to do. The bike trails were my favorite. If you want to go river rafting, do it before July since they may shut the water off. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. I would love to live there!
Perfect area. Condo needs updating inside and back porch. Convient location
Although the condo is a little outdated it suited our family getaway perfectly. The location is ideal for shopping, playing in the snow, and enjoying peaceful walks with beautiful views and the Jacuzzi was a definite plus.
The house is great for 2 couples. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.
Good place but cleaning fee way too high!$
2 weeks worth of storms and 8' banks of snow along the roads didn't keep your staff from preparing the condo for our stay. Comfortable, clean, well equipped kitchen, plus parking lot & entrance door cleared of snow. Thanks for providing a great place to call home for a few days. Nice job!
When I read the reviews on the cleanliness and location etc. of this cabin I thought "oh my god, what did I get myself into?". But once we arrived, my friends and I loved the cabin. There are two bedrooms and a pull out couch downstairs. It was so clean and cozy. The heater worked wonders and there was a service clearing out the snow out of the drive way. Plus, very friendly neighbours. 10/10 would recommend!
Close to the lake and to Squaw Valley
good location and what we needed for the weekend. could have a few upgrades to make it more comfortable
This is a pretty old condo, only partially renovated. It's not owner-operated and you can see why. The photos are very much photoshoped. It's pretty dark, not enough lightings even with the curtains wide open, especially the kitchen and living room area. Note that there is no dining table. If you are planning to just sleep, this is the place. It's old but does the job. If you are planning to actually spend some time in the condo, this probably isn't the best option. The pool (shared) was very nice though - well maintained and clean. The dark blue color carpet makes it hard to tell how clean it is. When we checked in there was a load of towels and sheets left on the washer, unwashed. The towels/sheets are old, low quality. The sheets on the bed had funky odors/smells so had to put a towel on top of the pillow... the ones kept in the closet look even older... again, not the best place for a family with kids (except the pool) but will do the job if you are looking for a place to just sleep.
We had a great stay in this unit
Beds very comfortable ..lots of linen and towels
Very clean and well stocked
Fabulous wi fi and tv
We love to go to North Lake Tahoe, both during winter and summer. We go every summer for an annual gathering with friends. This property was able to accommodate us nicely for two days, at a good price, considering the comparison with other places. Also it's good that you require only two night minimum staying instead of three. We really enjoyed the swimming pools, especially the recreational one.
We found hair on towels and no enough chair to sit and eat, and don't have enough night stand, we have to place our phone on the floor. and also don't have laundry basket.
Pool was very nice and location, in general, was very quiet and peaceful.
Very clean and easily accessible to the ski resorts .
The transactions and speedy responses were great. The place was clean and convenient to desired locations. However, the unit is very run down and needs to be upgraded.
Thank you for your feedback. We will advise the owner of your comment regarding the state of the home so they can take it under consideration. We hope that you still had a wonderful time staying here!
Great location and very comfortable master bed. Kitchen could use some updating.
Our family enjoyed our stay but the condo is really run down and needs some attention. Great place if you don't plan on doing much at the condo.
We came as 3 families occupying multiple homes. Was a family reunion plus an opportunity to take the kids skiing. Right from booking to dropping off the keys after the vacation we had a great experience. Clean rooms and great facilities. Will be back for sure!
This was a great place. Not to fancy and very comfortable and clean. Loved the proximity to everything. Walk to beach. 2-3 miles from town and less than 7 miles to Homewood, Alpine and Squaw..... What more do you want.... :)
This was a clean and cozy stay for a family of 5 with young kids. The master bed was very comfortable. It gets pretty warm with the memory foam top. We missed not having a dining table and needed to watch are little ones on the higher bar stools but they enjoyed sitting there. Washer/dryer was a nice option to allow for quick drying off after playing in the snow (gloves/socks). The kids were able to enjoy fresh snow on the front patio area and we were able to watch them from the living room.
We were in Tahoe area to ski. This was a reasonably priced condo, convenient location. No view. Comfortable beds. Met our needs. When we had to call Vacasa with questions, they answered promptly.
Overall, a good time - only drawback was road construction (which Vacasa had nothing to do with). Area was quiet and I felt safe. Didn't use the gas fireplace. Condo was clean upon arrival.
Very comfortable for 4 people. All necessary amenities in condo. Microwave, washer, dryer, books, videos… Manicured lawns, clean pool, nice tennis courts. Close to Tahoe City. Quiet.
We were a party of 5 - the place fits 4 comfortably - in town for a ski/snowboard early Presidents Day break. The condo was cozy and comfortable with a nice hot tub and sauna. The space was well-heated, with a nice fireplace as well as forced air central heating system. The full bathroom was clean and the towels were of nice quality. The living room/kitchen space was small but functional. There are plenty of windows - so nice light within the spaces. The location of the complex is very convenient to all North Lake skiing and summer recreational areas. We would definitely return again!
Great location close to everything. Just as advertised. Price was cheaper than a motel. We had three adults and a 2 yearold. Great play area. Everything was clean and a great grounds crew made it look beautiful.
Thanks for the great time would do it again.
We're so happy you enjoyed your stay!!
Nice basic housing for our family of four. Nothing super fancy but a great spot to go skiing at Squaw Valley. We cooked in the unit most every day. Nice setup. Very good stove. Very good beds.
The unit is one of the smaller ones at Lake Forest Glen, but its comfortable and the complex is nice and the location is excellent. Its a little on the dark side, but then the main reason for coming to Tahoe is to be outdoors! And its priced well relative to the other Lake Forest Glen units if you only have 2-3 people. It was great for a short stay of 3-4 days, but if I were going for a week or longer, I'd probably spend more money and get a big larger place with more of an outdoor space for grilling and dining.
Nice condo fair price very clean
