You can serve up to eight people at the large dining room table and the dining area windows provide beautiful views of the lagoon. Slide open the handsome barn doors to head into the next room dressed in welcoming decor. Stayed here for a week with my husband, 4 year old, and mother because I had to have back surgery in Charleston. It was a great place to recover, and lucky bonus: all the pillows, big beds, and TVs in each room (though some were really tricky to figure out). The house isn't in perfect shape; the interior needs a coat of paint, the floors were buckled in a few spots (beware: older, less agile folks), and the kitchen appliances were a bit dated (and the tub jets didn't work). But everything else worked and it felt like a nice welcoming space, perfect for having a low-key getaway for recovery. The view and deck on the water were magical.

Also, if you're sensitive about slight mustiness, bring some candles or deodorizer; i happen to be *really* sensitive and the main living room was a little humid/musty but it cleared after a couple days.

Spacious - 3 bed /2 bath with only 2 people in my party. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen table to do homework/work, games, crafts, and meals. View of the pond was so nice and the location was ideal.
