This is a brand-new, remodeled suite with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a comfy loft. Your family will love the 1,400-square-feet of living space, the queen-size beds in the first and second bedrooms, the two twin beds in the third bedroom, and the captain bunk bed in the fourth bedroom. There is also a community hot tub, a summer pool, a market, and a liquor store at the complex, so you'll never run out of pantry items or things to do while you're here.

Parking Notes: All vehicles are required to have parking permits, which will be given at check-in. The permits are to be displayed. All units are allocated one primary and one secondary permit. Please park in the designated primary or secondary spots, as towing could occur if you park in anyother designated spot. Please do not park in front of dumpsters, as towing and fines could occur. Periodically, all cars must be moved out of the lots for complete snow removal. If a vehicle needs to be moved to facilitate the snow removal process, a vehicle may be towed the vehicle if the owner of the car cannot be located. During the hours of 7 am, to 10 p.m., the spaces in front of the commercial areas are reserved for customers and delivery trucks. Trailers, RV's, moving vans, boats, etc, will not be allowed in the parking lots without a special permit.

This condo is 1st class and worth every dollar it cost to rent. The small grocery store and liquor store next door was great.

This is a very, very, nice condo, we found the unit to be as described, the afterhours check in was easy, the unit was clean and well-stocked with everything you need. It was quiet, comfortable and plenty of room for 6 guests. It is an upper floor unit; this was not a problem for us. It is close to a small store for last minute items and very close to the vail bus line for an easy ride to the village. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend this place.

Sadly, we arrived in Vail only to find out the resort was closing due to the Corona Virus outbreak. We only stayed one night as we decided to get out of town and back home in case the situation continued to deteriorate. This was our 22nd year coming to Vail so as you can expect this was very disappointing turn of events, however it was a wise decision by Vail given the risk to the local residents, hospitals and their workers, Vail did the right thing and refunded all of our lift ticket purchases.

We have asked the Property Manager Gore Creek for the same consideration `haven`t heard from them yet` we are hopeful that the property manager and/or the home owner will find our request to be reasonable and provide us with a refund for some of the nights not used.

My friend and I rented this condo for a ski trip with our respective families. The space was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Our children enjoyed the place and everything was easy to use. Beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful, and the W/D were a real plus. We especially enjoyed having the ski shuttle stop so close to we could make it to Vail easily each day. Did not use the hot tub (but the guests inside the tub did rave about it) as we were a little discouraged that there was no place to quickly change near the tub and that it would require a fast run back to the condo to keep warm. Nice place . Convenient location. Bus stop feet away from unit. Market and liquor store very near. The only thing that didn’t like is that the bathroom doors don’t are like any normal door so you don’t have enough privacy. Also need an extra half bathroom. Good location, great condo for 5 of us, well equipped, updated, loved the washer/dryer; it was a little warm and would benefit from a few ceiling fans in the bedrooms. This home was perfect for my family. We spent two weeks here for our ski vacation. Very easy access to the bus to town and the slopes. The kitchen was fully equipped. When we had a problem with the coffee maker, it was immediately replaced by the management company. It was perfect for us. Overall this was a nice place to stay for our family. We had an issue with the shower not draining that the management company was not able to fix. This prevented the ability to take back to back showers within an hour of each other. There was a bottle of Drano in the bathroom so this is likely a repeat problem. Disappointed with several things: 2 chairs were broken and not safe to sit on, found hair from someone else left in 2 shower drains and master shower drain was stopped up and not draining, found pan and baking sheets with dried egg and black grease when we went to make breakfast our first morning. While the house appeared clean, this made us wonder. The biggest issue was not being able to take hot showers. With sleeps 8 capacity, we were only able to take 2 showers with hot/warm water after a full day of skiing. We called Gore Creek and they gave us the owners name. He came quickly but was dismissive about the cleanliness issues saying things happen. He did kick up the temp on the water heater and offered to get a plumber in the next day. Never heard from him again. The unit door was left unlocked when we returned from skiing the next day and still not able to take more than 2 showers without waiting for hours in between. We ended up having to change our dining out plans and cancel reservations previously made. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

What a perfect place for 4 women to stay. Everyone had their own room, each bedroom had its own thermostat, and beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Clean and appears to be recently renovated. Well stocked kitchen (unlike some properties, it appears they try to pass along condiments, cereals, and other foods from previous renters). Chris, the property manager, was very friendly approaching us to introduce himself right as we arrived.. It’s on the second floor so you do have wooden stairs, but there isn’t anyone above you to keep you up at night. Free shuttle right in front of condo makes it a breeze to get anywhere in Lionshead, Vail Village, or West Vail and back. Would definitely stay again. Only four thing, we needed to bring up to property Management: (1) In the Master Bath Room, the sewer was clogging all the time even we already tried using anti-clogging liquid, (2) The bed mattress very soft so when we sleep moved left and right or sank like sleeping in a water bed; this was not comfortable for us and we woke up every two hours. (3) one of the chairs of dining table was almost broken but never got replaced. (4) No clear drop box for check out.
