Our family of seven had a great stay in this home. The house is well appointed, comfortable, and the landscaping nicely manicured. The neighborhood is quiet. Perfect location for traveling around the valley, as well as visits to Old Town and Tempe downtown. We really enjoyed the outside patio and pool. Very comfortable and inviting. The reasons for the four stars: On the first night the bed frame broke in the queen bedroom when my 80 year old mother-in-law sat on it. Additionally, the kitchen didn't have towels. And lastly, while we did not use the garage, we did find a bag of garbage and empty beer bottles. To Vacasa's credit, this was all taken care of quickly and we had no other issues. Maintenance fixed the frame, brought additional towels, and cleaned up the garbage. Thank you to the homeowners for the great stay. We would recommend!

- Non Heated Pool
- Didn’t have propane for outdoor grill
- Trash left from previous occupant
- Loud washer/dryer that can keep kids awake. More just an FYI
- Cleaning crew skimped between occupants
- Non working fire detectors / batteries pulled

This house was perfect for a girls getaway but a lot of the essentials promised was not there or in limited quantity. We stayed for 3 nights and were supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 trash bag and no towels for the pool. We had to call to get propane for the grill and fire pit which they were quick to deliver on (praise). One bed was covered in hair so we had to strip the bed and remake it ourselves. House smelled a bit smokey but we got use to it after a day. Seemed like with the extended cleaning hours for covid the house and the rental cost, we would have been better equipped. Again, a great house but may stick with Airbnb or VRBO in the future.

To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies upon arrival. This kit includes paper products, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Any additional supplies needed throughout your stay is the responsibility of our guests. Thank you for letting us know about the propane for the grill. We are glad to hear that someone was able to drop that off for you. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns you encountered regarding the hair on one of the beds. We would have been happy to send out a housekeeper if we had been made aware of this issue. We will be sure to notify our housekeeping team of this concern. The location and the home were fantastic. Our criticism is of Vacasa, not the home or location. Upon arrival, there were no linens or towels for any bathrooms or the kitchen. It took us 4 hours to get it resolved with Vacasa and we never did get kitchen linens. After travel, it would have been nice to shower. We then needed 2 hours more upon checkout and Vacasa wouldn't give it without charging an additional full night. They then charged us the highest rate of the stay for the night. Very onesided experience.
