Modern townhome with shared pools, hot tubs, and nearby lake access!
This recently remodeled Tahoe City vacation rental is a great escape for families, friends, and everyone in between, complete with a spacious deck right off the dining area, access to shared pools and a hot tub, and a nearby tennis court.
There are hiking and biking trails within an easy distance from this retreat, while the lake is just a short walk down Bristlecone Street. The lake is perfect for swimming, picnicking, and beachcombing, with kayaking, paddleboarding, and lake cruises available for a small fee. In ski season, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Northstar are all within 15 miles of home. The shopping and dining of Tahoe City are available year-round.

Needed it for same night and VaCasa delivered. Thanks!!
Excellent place. This place have everything you need. Will definitely go again and recommend my friends too.
Quiet location. Easy access and within walking distance of Tahoe City with plenty of trails to hike and bike on.
location is good. Central to most activities and close to restaurants. The unit could definitely use TLC. I understand that it is a vacation rental so it may be hard to keep up but flooring needs to be updated. The carpet upstairs is dirty and has stains all over. Their is definitely an issue with hair all over the condo. I am not an expert, but from the looks of it and the way the hairs are scattered all over the condo it seems like dog hair, and a good deep cleaning inside and out could go a long way.
We are sorry the guest found the home less than perfect for cleanliness. After the summer season, it is scheduled to have a deep clean. Thank you.
We loved the availability of a hot tub after a long day on the slopes.
The location in between Alpine Meadows and North Star is good for skiing.
The home is well maintained, with nice comfortable beds and was a joy to stay in.
Despite the large amount of snowfall days earlier the house was easily accessible.
I can't think of anything that could have been better.
We would definitely want to stay in this home again.
I enjoyed staying here our Christmas vacation. Recommend!
Overall this place has everything you need: three renovated bathrooms, spacious kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms. However, there are a number of things that make your stay uncomfortable especially with younger kids.
- The creaking furniture from 70-80s,
- all lampshades are covered with dust and they are torn,
- very cheap utensils mixed with old kid spoons from Ikea,
- artificial flowers,
- all closets are clattered with host's stuff (even a pet's pillow that smells - rather surprising discovery in a pet free home),
- old, faded and misshapen couch in living room which doesn't welcome you to sit and enjoy cozy winter evenings.
One of major discomfort - the lack of closet for outerwear. We had to throw jackets on sofa and couch, so the living room looked like a mess.
And the last but not least - very poor cleaning. All baseboards are covered with dust. In master bedroom there are dark stains on carpet. One bedsheet had stains. Under each furniture item you can find a dust which was there for ages mixed with candy wrappers or other trash collected during years.
Not a pleasant stay for Christmas or New Year celebration. Not a place you expected for ~$300 per night and $185 cleaning fee.
We apologize for the disappointments this guest encountered during their time here. Deep cleans and carpet cleanings will take place in April after the winter rush has passed. The Property Manager is pricing painting, repairing items, and has replaced the kitchen utensils.
Just got back from an amazing 3 day vacation at this gorgeous cabin. It's located in a beautiful location, walking distance from the lake.I was very pleased by every aspect of it.This 3 bed room townhouse is built perfectly with Spacious bedrooms and excellent 2.5 bathrooms with sufficient towels and comforts .The living room was comfortable and the kitchen is fully supplied with any utensil or appliance you could possibly need! My favorite part of the house is master bed room and living room for good view of snow fall during my stay .This town house has a barbecue with private jacuzzi.
This home is gorgeous. All in all; I was very happy with our stay here, and I look forward to next time!
-Sincerely, a sufficiently pleased guest. :)
Nice walk to the lake. A comfortable kids room and nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Picture makes living room look bigger than it is, but seating is adequate and comfortable.
Such a great place to stay! We loved the pools and hot tub
Quiet condo complex with lots of room for our family.
very spacious and very updated. The master shower is awesome and HUGE!!!! Easy check out requirements (which is nice after a couple day stay).
Clean place and good value. Overall good place.
Reasonably close to recreational areas/convenience stores
Comfortably sleeps 6
Plenty of space inside condo
It would be helpful for tourists to have a more obvious map of area and "YOU ARE HERE" arrow pointing to your relative location. It would also be very nice to have a short list of essential numbers: Where to get snow chains/cables. These things are pretty minor but would have made me feel a little more secure. I felt I was prepared for the trip, but I can imagine other people not being as prepared who would find the aforementioned helpful.
Very clean, comfortable and nice. We had a great time in Tahoe City. Condos are in great location! Will definitely stay again.
This condo was the perfect size for the five of us. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. his is also a great condo community conveniently located to everything fun!
This place was in a great location and just about 1 mile from town. Conveniently located in a condo community with a pools and hot tub along with tennis courts. There should have been a map of the condo community layout and the where the office was located as well as where the pools and hot tub were. Thanks
We loved staying at this town home in Tahoe with our children. The condo was in a perfect location for everything we needed. Loved our 10 minute walks to the beach, playing at the tennis courts and swimming in the pools. Just a couple miles from driving to get dinner or getting an ice cream cone in town. Also convenient to have grocery store close by. We will definitely plan on staying here again in the future!!!!! We loved going to the lake and renting kayaks for the family. Great family vacation!!! We also appreciate how well stocked the kitchen was for making our family meals.
The townhouse was perfect for three small families. Location was only minutes away from a couple of beaches and lots of places to eat.
Overall, everyone loved the stay here. Vacasa was flawless in helping us checkin and out. Everything went very smoothly! Will book with Vacasa on our next family trip!
We stayed here for the Trans Tahoe Relay. Great location right by the finish.
Would defiantly stay here again!
The town home was quiet and very nice the pool and hot tub were a plus and the central location between Tahoe City and Kings beach was perfect.
We had a fabulous stay. We are a group of two families with four teens between us. The condo was perfect. The beds were all very comfortable. The whole place was exceptionally clean. We were close to everything, skiing, groceries, restraunts, and movies. The condo had everything we needed and then some!
The townhouse was huge and had plenty of room for me and all my friends. The swimming pool, basketball hoop, playground and sauna was only a short walk away from the townhouse.
We've left a pair of boots in the house. Vacasa guys sent us boots back very promptly and free of charge. The place itself is really nice. A lot of useful little things like pepper, paper towels, etc.
