Parking Notes: There is paid parking at $10 per day (cash only) in the back parking lot. You can call 409-457-8404 to temporarily reserve a spot for longer stays (over a week).
**Please do not park in spots marked "reserved for tenants"; these spots are for full-time residents in neighboring buildings. Also, the two parking spots in the alleyway belong to a neighboring business and are not for guest use.**
Water Access: For the beach, drive toward 19th street (to your left as you exit the front door of the building). Turn right on 19th street and follow it all the way to Seawall Blvd. Some beach parking requires electronic payment via smartphone.
For a free (and quieter) beach access, turn left onto seawall and continue past 2nd street. Turn right onto East Beach Drive (toward the beach). The second driveway leads into a gravel parking lot, which is a free beach access point.
