Parking Notes: Your vehicle(s) will need to be registered with the Bay Point HOA. You will need to provide: car/make/model/color & license plate number. Any unauthorized vehicle onsite may be towed. One Bedroom vacation condominium are allowed one parking space, and two and three Bedroom vacation condominiums are allowed two parking spaces. Additional cars can be parked adjacent to the Bay Point Office. Due to the limited parking onsite, it is very important that these parking restrictions be followed. No trailer parking is allowed on Bay Point property at any time due to the limited parking available this includes Bay Point Drive. Failure to comply will result in removal or impounding at the owner's expense. ***There will be a vehicle registration form located in your condo for you to fill out when you arrive. Place it in the mailbox located INSIDE the common building (gameroom) on the wall next to the HOA office. You will need the door code for entry.
Guests are asked to register vehicle with the Bay Point HOA.
During the winter the HOA manager at the condos have snow removed on daily basis when snowfall is abundant. Maintenance staff starts snow removal at 8am. To assist with removing snow in parking area around your condo, please move your vehicles to a plowed location onsite when you hear the snow plow in the mornings. If you need to leave your vehicle all day and are not onsite while plowing is being done, please park your vehicle in the common building parking area in front of or behind the building.

Dock Details: All boats, trailers, and personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point HOA manager before launching. This is done by placing a phone call to HOA manager. Boat slips will be assigned upon communication with HOA manager. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats and personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats and watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip. Boat trailers are stored off property. Bay Point HOA manager will assist with location for trailer.

The access to the lake with the dock and raft was awesome. Close to town. Nice layout of the condo. Great water pressure on shower. Washer dryer we’re awesome. The decor was The only thing that I would call mismatched. I agree that it takes away from the relaxation of the place. But it does spur conversation.

We loved that there are two living areas, upstairs and downstairs, to have a little separation. We loved the view from the deck! It was a quiet place to stay with a clean pool/hot tub accessible. Wish the hours were longer for the pool/hot tub and open every day. This unit was stocked well and had plenty of the necessities. The only thing that needs to be fixed are the blinds on the upper level by the front door and the big door going out to the deck. They are broken. We would stay here again.

This place is well stocked and the views are great. Everything was in working order. But the decor is weird and somewhat off putting. The kitchen chairs are uncomfortable.

I thought it was a lot closer to the water than it was, but we still had a gorgeous view from the balcony. The place is decorated so quaintly! I thoroughly enjoyed sitting with my wine, staring at the lake, it was a very peaceful little spot.

The location is perfect - right by the lake and an enjoyable 20 mins walk into downtown Whitefish. The condo is set up perfectly for two couples or a group, with a bedroom, bathroom and living space on each floor.

Only compliant is the mattresses in the downstairs bedroom are very lumpy and need to be replaced!

What an awesome spot to chill with your family. We have three teenagers and they enjoyed having the entire downstairs to themselves with their own TV. Plenty of time for my husband and I to relax upstairs with the gorgeous lake view (and sleep in the upstairs master with king bed.) Our family would definitely stay here again, especially in this winter to spring transition. It was so quiet and the frozen lake is so peaceful. We saw so much wildlife, including a blue heron.

Loved this condo! Great location and the home decor was just right! Super comfy bed and just enough "extras" to make a nice meal and feel right at home. The two TV rooms would be great with kids (I plan on bringing mine with next time!). Can only imagine how beautiful it will be in the summer season with the pool and lake walking distance away!
