For a fun-filled, outdoor getaway with family or friends, look no further than this wonderful luxury townhouse, situated right on the Eagle River and across the street from the Eagle-Vail Golf, Tennis, and Swim Club. Inside, you'll find luxurious furnishings and details like hardwood hickory floors, alderwood cabinets and doors, granite and marble countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances and electronics. To that impressive list, you can also add a large private outdoor hot tub and a location only minutes to Beaver Creek, Avon, and Vail for access to some of the best outdoor activities around.

The main floor of the townhouse has an open living room, dining room and kitchen. Sit back, put your feet up, and enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace. A flat screen TV and a DVD player is right on the fireplace mantel, so you can plan movie nights with the group. Doors lead out to the balcony, with lovely views of the Eagle River rushing by below. There's also plenty of trees and mountains to look at and a natural gas grill for outdoor cook-outs. There's seating on the balcony for up to 10, so you'll be able to dine al fresco on nice evenings or just enjoy morning coffee and pastries while you listen to the river.

Back inside, a tile-topped dining room table seats eight, and there is addition stool seating at the breakfast bar. A cook's kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gadgets, and tools for healthy and delicious meals. And if you don't feel like cooking, head out to one of the area's many restaurants. With everything from fine dining at Restaurant Kelly Liken in Vail to Swiss Hot Dog Co. in Eagle-Vail to Gondola Pizza in Beaver Creek and everything in between, you'll have numerous choices for all tastes, budgets, and moods.

Downstairs is the entertainment hub of the house. You'll find another fireplace, a plasma TV with high definition DirecTV, and a wet bar with kitchenette. Let the kids have their own cartoon marathons downstairs while the adults watch their picks upstairs. Just outside, the lower patio has a large eight-person CalSpa hot tub, perfect after a day of skiing, hiking or biking!

The bunk room is perfect for kids or singles with a pair of bunk beds (3 twins and a full sized bed) and plenty of closet space. This room also has a full bathroom. An additional bedroom with a queen sized bed and its own private bathroom is also on this level. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer on both the upper and lower levels of the home.

Head back upstairs, one floor above the main level, to the spacious master bedroom with a wrought iron bed, luxurious bedding and walk-in closet. The en suite master bath boasts travertine floors and counters with a glass enclosed shower, jetted tub and double sinks. From the bedroom, open any one of the four windows for the relaxing sound of the roaring Eagle River. The master suite also has its own private balcony for enjoying some evening stargazing, morning coffee, or a late afternoon glass of wine.

Also upstairs is the fourth bedroom with a queen sized bed and its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. A queen pull-out couch on the lower level is also available for additional sleeping accommodations, making this home able to sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. There's also a private driveway with space for two cars.

In winter, Beaver Creek Resort is only one mile away, offering easy access to skiing, shopping, restaurants, and all the outdoor activities that this area offers. Of course in the cold months you'll definitely want to hit the slopes, but in the summer, Beaver Creek Resort also offers guided interpretive nature hikes and mountain bike tours!

Warm weather brings just as many outdoor activities to the area, including fishing on the Eagle River right outside the back door. There are also 15 world-class golf courses within as many miles and numerous hiking and biking trails all around you. Right across the street the Eagle-Vail Golf, Tennis and Swim Club offers year-round activities and is accessible to the public.

At this mountain townhouse you are located just outside the center of Avon with many additional attractions like Nottingham Lake and its public recreation center and amazing indoor pool, steam rooms, and yoga classes. This home is of incredible value! Quiet, luxurious, HUGE and with access and beautiful views of the Eagle River! I wasn’t impressed with the housekeeping fees, but I’d still do it again and again!

Every thing was fine except two concerns but these were two that were shockingly bad.
1. I slept down stairs in the bedroom with the queen bed. It was horrible hot and I was not able to find a thermostat anywhere that controlled down stairs. If I find out the heat was controlled off site I'm gonna be livid. I lost hours of sleep eventually having to open the sliding glass door to cool the room down.
2. We did not use the hottub however I stepped out on the back porch just to realize the door locked befind me. This is unacceptable. People could get trapped outside in a swimsuit with no way to get back in. I can't even imagine the lawsuit against the owners of the Condo and the company that leased it. This is just possible the dumbest move by a homeowner I've ever seen. Put your guest in a situation to get locked out in 20 degree weather in a swimsuit. Are you kidding me!!!
Manager response:
We are sorry to see this guest is so upset by these matters. The thermostat is located on the wall directly before the entrance to the room they are speaking of, and we do have a note directly on the door indicating it does lock when closed. Thank you!

We stayed at this home for a lacrosse tournament! It was close to the field and it made our trip amazing! The river is so close and the home is large and very nice! We would stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and anyone else looking for a place in the area!

We had a wonderful two weeks. Will definitely return.

This house was perfect for me and my friends for a spring break ski trip! We enjoyed skiing at Copper Mountain which is only 30 minutes away (and the cheapest place to ski) and coming home to soak in the hot tub. The location was great, there are several hiking trails in the area, Wal-Mart was right across the street, and there were good restaurants and night life in Vail Village which was about 15 minutes away. Everything in the house was new and updated, beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking large group meals. I would live to come back and stay in this house again!

Perfect home and perfect layout for my family if 6 plus a nanny! Gorgeous kitchen. Great location

We stayed at this property for a long weekend. We had 12 guests and were there for 4 nights. We absolutely loved that the sleeping spaces were on the bottom and top floors, and separated by the living room. The hot tub, kitchen, large dining table, and multiple bathrooms were huge pluses for our large group. The check in and check out process was seamless, and there are lots of amenities nearby that made our stay even more comfortable (grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.).

Beautiful home in Eagle-Vail! We had a group of 8 adults and one 16mo old. This property was just excellent. 10min drive to Vail and less than 5min to Beaver Creek. Three level property with two beds and two baths upstairs, living, kitchen and half-bath on main entry level and downstairs was another living area leading out to the well-cared for hot tub, two more bedrooms each with their own bath. The property was also equipped with two sets of washers and dryers located right next to the bedrooms, no need to carry laundry up or downstairs! Also on-site was a pack n play and high chair that really cam in handy for us. The owners supplied lots of extra blankets, pillows and each room also had available space heaters just in case. Our whole group talked about possibly coming back in the summer and staying at the house again. Great place!

Easy access to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Layout suited our group of three families very well with two living spaces and large dining room table. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items. Loved the extras - paper towel, dish soap, shampoo, etc to make the week easier. Place was spotless when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again if back to this part of Colorado.

We couldn't have found a better place! It was perfect in many ways.

We would highly recommend this townhouse to future guest. It exceeded our expectations from the photos. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday there and the layout was perfect and well equipped!

We will probably be back

Have to admit the river flowing right out the back door is very relaxing. The hot tub was certainly a very popular place for us after a long day on the slopes.

Beautiful home -- would recommend it highly to anyone saying in the Vail Valley. Easy to get to. Spacious. Large kitchen. Only downside is that it is located beyond the Vail bus system, but it is a quick drive to Vail and located blocks from many retail stores. Would highly recommend.

We planned a somewhat last minute family ski trip to Vail, and rented this fabulous house. We are a family of 7 (mom+dad, son+wife, son, daughter, daughter) and the layout was perfect.

The things that I was worried about when renting turned out to be big plusses! I was worried about not being right in the middle of Vail, but this location is so convenient to so much. Everything you need is in Avon - ski rental, restaurants, liquor store, WalMart (groceries). It was also nice to be between Vail and Beaver Creek - we skied Vail 2 days, and Beaver Creek one, since the lift tickets are good both places. We parked at Lion's Head for $25/day in Vail, and it is only about a 5 min walk to the lift. The drive to Lion's Head was maybe 10 min.

The townhouse itself is beautiful, and having three floors is wonderful. Upstairs has a beautiful master with gorgeous bathroom, and a second large bedroom with a private bath. There is also a washer/dryer upstairs. The main living/dining/kitchen area is on the main floor, with beautiful marble countertops and a 1/2 bath. Below are 2 more bedrooms, each with a private bath. Also below is a living space where we spent most of our time, with a large TV with surround sound and a gas fireplace. Sliding doors lead to the hot tub which was great for sore muscles at the end of the day. There is also another set of washer/dryers on this level.

Overall, we were very happy with this rental. The finishes are very nice, including Kohler in the bathrooms, and nice appliances in the kitchen. Everything is in very good condition (except the main level fireplace and downstairs mini fridge were not working, which we were informed of prior to our arrival).

If you rent this unit, you won't regret it!

We really enjoyed our stay -- the condo was comfortable and clean and the sound of the stream in the back was wonderful.
Manager response:
Thank you for the nice review. We are happy you enjoyed your trip, please come back again soon!

This a very clean, updated, and very well stocked condo. Beautiful master with king and GREAT bath. Second bedroom on same floor is very nice with a queen. We had 5 kids and they were very happy on the lower floor. Two bedrooms, one with a queen and double bunk beds in the other. Each had its own bath. There was a large family room with nice leather sofas and good size TV plus small kitchen. The kids loved the hot tub. Nice balcony off the dinning/living area and very nice Weber gas grill. Plenty of chairs on the balcony. The condo is in a quiet area off Rt. 6. Five minute drive to Avon and Beaver Creek. The public pool was nice and is about 5 minutes away by car. Kind of pricy at $10 per kid per day.

The owners really did a nice job on their condo. Good cookware, plenty of dishes, gas stove, good dishwasher and basic supplies. We could not have been happier with our stay.
Tia P. Jul 2014
Beautiful home! We loved all the kid friendly amenities. Tons of space. Definitely will go back.
Maryann W. Mar 2014
We couldn't believe how nice, and how spacious the condo was. The hot tub by the river was amazing, and there was plenty of kitchen and dining space for big group dinners. The place was perfect - and even closer to Vail than we realized.

Thank you! We hope to stay again soon!

The entrance to riverquest had plenty of ice and was very slippery. It was hard to drive out. Other than that everything was perfext
