As the only house on its wooded street, this two-story home is both quiet and convenient. It's less than two miles from the heart of Incline Village and its excellent shopping, dining, and entertainment. You'll also be close to the Incline Village Mountain Golf Course (one mile), Diamond Peak Ski Resort (four miles), and Kings Beach State Recreation Area (seven miles).
Shed your outdoor gear in the entryway and make yourself at home in an open, light-filled living area upstairs. The woods are always in your line of sight, whether you're sliding open the glass doors in summer or watching the snow pile high outside on the deck. At the heart of this natural gathering space is a top-of-the-line kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a chef's fridge, a gas range, and a wine cooler) and a stunning stone island.
Serve special dinners at the dining room table, and linger afterwards for dessert, board games, and movies screened via cable and Amazon Fire TV Stick. When it's time to turn in, you'll find all three bedrooms downstairs, including two with their own TVs and direct access to the deck. A washer/dryer, central air, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
