This home sits on a west-facing property on an inlet of Puget Sound, with access to a dock and beach down a hillside path that are shared with the neighbor. Gig Harbor (four miles southeast) is a charming and vibrant community, offering a quaint downtown with local boutiques and great restaurants. It's also a wonderful home base for excursions to the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (14 miles).

Begin and end each day in the striking outdoor spaces, whether you're sipping your coffee on the sloping lawn, dining alfresco on the expansive deck, or gathering around the firepit for s'mores, majestic sunsets, and unforgettable stargazing.

The same beautiful scene awaits inside, with views of the bay visible throughout the single-story living space. The rooms are large and lined with glass, from the elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances to the dining area that opens to the deck.
