• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Please respect the no-dog policy.
• Streaming is available using your own accounts. There is no cable TV.
• The pool is open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to Monday of Labor Day weekend, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A pool card is required and is included with the rental. A fee will be assessed for lost or stolen pool cards. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
