Spacious living areas with beautiful views all around. Windows abound. Everything we needed for a large family gathering. Hot tub!!!!. Parking for multiple cars appreciated, especially the 2 garage spots. Games and books and puzzles…had everything available to create memories. Love the modern clean lines with with stylish wood furnishings. Having the two living areas was nice for a family…one for TV watching and one for relaxing by the fireplace. Look forward to visiting in the summer to check out the extraordinary landscaping.

This house is close to everything! Right OFF the most amazing bike path in the world and walkable to Main st. The fire pit and hot tub are a wonderful touch. Lots of wildlife -- we were welcomed by three mouse in the driveway when we arrived and got to watch a fox explore the backyard in the morning. I will say that the house is certainly "lived" in - it was a bit old and needed a deep clean. The carpets were not vacuumed when we arrived. But I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the many kids books and toys laying around for my one-year old.
Manager response:
Hi Christina. Thank you for your review. We're so happy that you enjoyed our home. We are sorry that you arrived to an improperly cleaned home. We will be sure to notify our housekeeping team so that this can be corrected for future stays. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you'll stay with us again.

Stayed for the second time in this beautiful, spacious vacation home. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our sons' families. The new landscaping was stunning! Saw moose, a fox, and a mama bear with her cubs in our own back yard. The grandkids loved it.

The location is nice but the property needs work. The dishwasher was functional but the upper drawer is hopelessly broken and the whole appliance is askew. The faucet in the kitchen will not stay on and sags to the off position in a few seconds. There are not enough spoons.

We were in the master bedroom and the mattress and bedding could use updating. The tile in the shower and in the bathroom is loose and needs regrouting in general to prevent water damage to the structure at least.

In the loft there is an exposed access panel. Needs to be reinstalled.

Great house for large family gathering. Plenty of room for hide and seek in this expansion mansion. Furnishings are nice. Needs maintenance.!
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Raymond, we're glad the location of the home served you well. Thank you for sharing your feedback and bringing some items to our attention that may need some TLC. We have forwarded your feedback to the local staff so they can work to improve the house for future guests. Our property manager has assured us that they are working diligently to resolve these issues in the home. We hope you choose to stay with us again.

The house was very clean and accomodating for our group. Plenty of space, and some nice touches throughout the home. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels & bedding in each room. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of space. I will look to stay here again next time I visit the area

Sheets were not washed. Female underwear found on floor in a room. Half used water bottle found in one of the beds. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. This house was either not cleaned before we arrived or cleaned very poorly.
Manager response:
We are extremely disappointed to read about the problems you found with your accommodations, especially since the home was deep cleaned only a week prior to your arrival. We will follow-up with staff regarding the matter. Please do not hesitate to reach out during your visit for assistance. Thanks, Alexandra!

House is a great size and very comfortable. Setting is very nice. Carpet is dated.

We have shared your feedback regarding the carpets with the local manager who will work with the homeowner to make any necessary upgrades. Private relaxing location. Comfie couches, beds, and linens. Good hot tub. Convenient to main street Frisco, and a short drive to Breckenridge, Copper, and Dillon. Had a really nice long weekend with friends - wish we could have stayed longer.

While the overall layout and setup of the house was great, the house was in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. For example, lightbulbs burnt out throughout the house, the garbage drawer in the kitchen was hanging on by one screw (literally), the carbon monoxide detector had wires sticking out of it at a child’s level, there were no plugs for the bathtubs so you could not fill them, there were tons of board games yet only two had all the pieces, I found cannabis in the children’s toy box and all around the hot tub, no one had tied down the hot tub cover when we arrived so the wind blew it off and let the water get cold. I understand that this house is a rental and will have a good amount of wear and tear, a few of these issues would be no big deal, but all of them added up to make it feel like this house was not being given the time and attention it needs to be a rental home.

Regarding cleanliness, we were told that check-in time was 4 PM. We showed up at 4 PM with two screaming children ready to get some food and found the housekeeper still in the house cleaning and not wearing a mask. The cleaner wasn’t even taking COVID precautions. On the surface the house looked clean but the handles throughout the kitchen were sticky, most kitchenware was dirty or dusty, there were hairs on the bedsheets. Makes me question how well they cleaned any of this house.

I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and vrbos and had wonderful experiences, nothing like this one. Either Vacasa needs to step up their game or I would recommend not staying at this house. Not so blissful of an experience after all.
Manager response:
Hi, Lindsay! Maintenance has been tasked with creating a list of items in need of repair so we can get it all addressed. We do apologize the home was lacking for your stay. We look forward to making improvements!

I loved the size of this cabin. It was huge!!!!! It definitely accommodated my party of 8.

What a beautiful property--my extended family and I were very comfortable here, and enjoyed the gorgeous views, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house, and all the homey touches such as a huge library, kids' toys and books, ample dishes and cookware. The master suite had a comfortable bed and luxurious master bathroom. The other bedrooms were spaced far enough apart that everyone had their privacy. This is truly a first-rate place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the house and there was plenty of room for our 3 families. Upon our arrival, we noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink & contacted maintenance. They came to check & fixed it promptly. Unfortunately, we arrived the day before Keystone had to close the slopes so we only stayed for 1 night. The rest of our group stayed all 4 nights. The house worked well for us and we would definitely reserve it again.

Our family and friends really enjoyed this home away from home during a ski trip to Copper. It is spacious, comfortable, and very nicely appointed.

Roomy and great views!

We loved staying at Back Road Bliss. Great location on the edge of Frisco backing on to the mountains. Central to a lot of ski areas. The house is spacious but cozy and it's very well equipped. We loved seeing the moose pass by at breakfast time.

This house ended up being much better and nicer than we had expected based on the photos and description. We were two families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house has a great layout and is well appointed. The best part is the location, which makes you feel like you're in the middle of the forest even though Main Street Frisco is just a few blocks away. You're surrounded by trees and beautiful views. The hot tub was great as well. We would definitely recommend this home, and look forward to coming back. It would be great in the summer as well. Our only suggestion would be to label the kitchen cabinets and cupboards, since it was hard to know where everything was given the number of cabinets.
Manager response:
Thank you for your feedback, Aaron! We have alerted the local manager of your suggestions and are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope to host you again, soon!
Cindy and Bart . Jan 2020
We were blown away by how lovely this house and surrounding forests were, hiked many times out back. We definitely hope to return soon!

This lovely home housed our reunion with dear friends all weekend. Met all of our needs perfectly, we hope to be back.
McScott/Spree Families . Dec 2019
Amazing spot! The house is so well equipped with everything we could possibly need. And we were greeted early this morning with 3 moose! Hot tub, we'll have to use next time - too many other things to do. Thank you! We'll be back..

We brought several members of our family into town and needed a larger place to stay and host Thanksgiving. This place was the perfect location. It is a bit of a challenge to get to when there is snow on the grown as the driveway is very steep, so pay attention to the warning about that (snow tires, chains or good tires with 4-wheel drive will be required to get up the hill). Once you are up the hill though you won't want to leave. The house has everything you need for a long relaxing stay. We slept seven and a 2 year old with little problem and there would have been room for several more either in the loft or the second living room.

As a cook, and the person cooking the Thanksgiving meal, I appreciated the kitchen. It has a bit of an odd mixture of things, and if you are cooking some large meals you have to get creative, but pretty much everything you need is there. The stove and oven are large enough to cook anything you could imagine, including a 16 lb turkey. The second fridge in the garage was a nice addition for food overflow.

The beds were all reported to be comfortable, and all of the rooms have plenty of room. Each bedroom has a bathroom, with two of the rooms sharing a Jack-n-Jill. Wish the steam shower in the master had worked, but other than that the bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely laid out and well appointed.

The house provides plenty of entertainment options inside and out. There were sleds and snowshoes in the garage, the Frisco rec path is at the end of the drive for a nice hike either into the hills or into town. There is a fully functioning hot tub large enough for our entire group. Had it been nicer there are plenty of options for outdoor seating on a couple of different decks off the bedrooms and a lot of "patio" area that wraps around the backside of the house. In side there are a ton of games, books and toys spread throughout the house. Enough options for all ages to keep everyone entertained. Two large living rooms, one with a TV with cable and Fire TV and one with a gas fireplace for a more quite and relaxing experience. Both rooms have a huge amount of seating, as does the dining room table that easily sat our group.

In all this was a great property and I would not be surprised if we rent it again at some point in the future when we bring more family to town. It is well maintained and kept up nicely.

Thank you for helping make for a great holiday!

What a wonderful home! Thank you for sharing it with us. The house was perfect for our three families. Enjoyable light hike to the lake. Perfectly located amongst the Aspens. We will be back!

The location is off the beaten path (literally!). Moose, lynx and fox in the backyard. The house is appointed beautifully.
