Beautiful, spacious home where family of 9 with kids feels perfectly accommodated. Close to University, grocery, mall, freeway, downtown. Loved the main bathroom, family room with ping pong table (new carpeting there made it feel cozy and clean) and gourmet kitchen for family dinners. It is an older house with wood flooring, so no getting around the creaks but part of craftsman house charm. Only thing I would suggest for improvement is to provide more cookware and dishware. A gourmet kitchen should have all one needs to cook and we felt like we were missing several items. Overall, would love to stay here again.

If you are looking for a well-appointed home, in a convenient, established neighborhood look no further! We had an amazing week-long stay with my family of 5 plus the grandparents. This home was built for entertaining; the expansive kitchen, dining area, and recreation room is awesome for families. The property manager was amazing, I had seen reviews about the carpets needing attention and when I asked for an update I learned they had already had a professional cleaning performed. I can tell you, this place was spotless when we arrived with newborn in tow. I will also add that there was mention that the house needed some TLC. I want to clarify, the home is very well taken care of, but let's keep in mind this house is nearly 100 years old. The original hardwood floors, and worn banister on the stairs, even the creaks of the floor are what adds to the charm and are common throughout Seattle's more established neighborhoods. We did notice some noise on Friday- this is the University District. If you don't like a bit of life and fun look towards Capital Hill! We had an amazing time, with great communication and support from the manager. The only complaint would be that some of the window shades needed some love, no big deal. :)

This is a beautiful rental. There needs to be some cosmetic repairs done like the carpet in the basement is really dirty and the yard needs some TLC. There was an office chair in the front of the house which was odd. Overall it had plenty of room for our group. This house is in a great area and if you like to walk there are plenty of places to walk or run. There is a nice washer and dryer on the property, a big refrigerator, and a stove. The full bathrooms are on the upper second floor and in the basement so that is challenging if you are with older people like we were. Overall we liked it but for the price, we would hope they would do some better cleaning and yard work. There is a nice view out the back porch.

I booked this for my fiancé and his 8 friends - they said they were so impressed by the space! Just something to note, though, communication via email / VRBO messages was a little slow - I recommend calling, the Vacasa people were very friendly and helpful :)

The house is spacious and is great for a large family. Walking distance to the U

This is our 4th trip to the Ravena Farm house, as always clean and inviting and the perfect location for UW
We will be back

We spent Christmas in the house and it had everything we needed. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with all kinds of pots and pans as well as kitchen tools, a stand mixer and so much more. We were all very impressed. It was clean and comfortable and we had plenty of linens for everyone. The heated tile floors in the bathroom are life changing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ravenna Farm House over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated and the home is furnished nicely for a group our size (7 adults and 2 children). We never felt crowded, and there were plenty of separate areas for people to spread out into when they wanted to get away from the crowd. This was important because the weather was relatively cold during our stay, so we spent a lot of time indoors. Four nice-sized bedrooms upstairs (three with queen beds and one with a set of twins; plus a little bonus room with a day bed). Only one bathroom on the same floor, but it is large and well-appointed. There is a half-bath right at the foot of the stairs, plus another full bath in the basement. We ended up designating the upstairs bathroom for the girls and the basement bathroom for the boys, with the half-bath available for whoever needed it, and it worked out beautifully. The cozy ambiance of this home was just what we were hoping for over the holiday with our family! We'll stay here again if an opportunity presents itself!

This is our second stay at the Ravenna Farm House, location is perfect, near the university near the student live outs
It is a perfect house to visit UW and walk to a football game!

We had an amazing stay at this home, large home great neighborhood. The only bad part was parking is very limited but the house and stay was great!

The large family room downstairs was a relaxing place to hang out. Everyone loved playing ping pong. Deck and picnic bench in back was idea on a nice summer night. We even had a pianist in the group, and the lovely piano gave us another opportunity for entertainment. The large dining room table was also a big plus. Only issue was the recycle garbage can was full when we arrived from the previous guests, so I had to dig in and compact several of their boxes. This is not your cookie-cutter house. Quite unique and lovely.

We were a group of 5 in town for work at UW and it was a perfect location and size. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with amazing amenities. Couldn’t recommend staying here more!

Grateful. We used this as a family hideout during some recent medical care at the UW. House was delightful and the folks renting to us were great to work with

The Ravenna house sits on a great location near the University of Washington, great parks, and easy access to downtown. The management team quickly responded to the broken microwave and many burnt out lights in the home. The basement area serves as a great teen area and the house comfortable slept our family of 8.

Great house. Perfect location for UW. Our family of 6 loved it.
Mauna . May 2018
Loved the spacious kitchen and common areas. With so many beautiful hardwood floors a lot of noise travels to the upstairs bedrooms (a consideration when you are trying to get preschoolers to nap).

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our entire family on a visit to Seattle. Plentiful bedrooms and a gourmet kitchen! Off street parking (Such an important feature in Seattle!) and cozy bedrooms. Sunny nooks to hide away in and a huge table to play games at. Thanks so much!

Beautiful house. Good space for a crowd: we were 6 adults with 3 children. Big kitchen. Lovely game room with ping pong table &TV downstairs. Good amenities. Good location. Overall, very pleased & would highly recommend. Responsive management with our one request for more bowls.

Loved this home and location was fantastic. Lots of room in this house but still cozy. The boys loved playing chess. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, University of Washington and still quiet and residential. Quick drive to downtown. I would absolutely stay here again
