Recent Frisco vacation rental reviews

Where to start? We had a group of 13 people and there was not a moment that we felt even slightly crowded. The house is so spacious with huge rooms and wide hallways and super tall ceilings. The view of the sound out of the back of the house is breathtaking! We loved having a table that was able to seat all of us to eat and the kitchen is amazing! Better stocked than most regular homes with pans, bowls dishes, glasses, silverware, baking dishes, cutting boards enough to host very large crowds. We loved that on both floors the bedroom wings are separated by french doors so that people can be up and about in the kitchen/great room or in the game room on the first floor while others are sleeping with no problem. The game room on the first floor was a blast! We used it constantly and we also loved the family room down there which gave a second tv watching/hangout area. The hot tub on the deck is amazing! Overlooking the sound and it fits 7 people. Very clean and in great shape! We used it several times per day! We also used the kayaks that were there in the sound and that was so much fun. The neighborhood is great - so quiet and such friendly and helpful neighbors. Very close to anything we needed as far as stores, beaches, etc. Beds are very comfortable. Also loved that there are washer/dryers on both floors. Just a fantastic vacation home overall. Highly recommend!!

Explore our Frisco, NC vacation rentals

If you’re looking to get back to the basics on your next getaway—without the traffic, noise, and other distractions—then a Frisco beach rental may be just what you need. Spend your days lazing on the beach or exploring this small, friendly town, and discover just why it’s beloved by so many. Take on the coast by kayak or lighthouse tour.

Where is Frisco, NC?

If you’ve ever seen one of the popular OBX bumper stickers, then you’ve heard of the Outer Banks. This string of barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina is a popular tourist destination, and beloved for the slower way of life and peaceful beaches. Our Frisco beach rentals are tucked on Hatteras Island: one of the longest islands in the U.S., measuring at 50 miles long and three-and-a-half miles at its widest.

Things to do near our Frisco vacation rentals

First and foremost, the reason you’re dreaming of an Outer Banks vacation: the beaches. These islands have been voted time and time again as the home of the best beaches in the U.S. Hatteras Island itself contains the largest portion of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, an undeveloped region of pristine beaches.

Spend your days splashing in the warm, gentle waves—with a gently sloping ocean floor, you can even walk 50 to 100 feet out from the shoreline and can still touch the bottom. Watersports fanatics will love the kiteboarding and windsurfing conditions on Pamlico Sound, while anglers can take advantage of the abundant fishing opportunities, from ocean piers to freshwater to boat charters. Best of all, the Cape Hatteras National Seashore welcomes dogs, so long as they’re leashed—be sure to check out our Frisco pet-friendly rentals to find the perfect spot for you and your pup.

While the beach is certainly the biggest draw, that’s not the only reason guests return to our Frisco vacation rentals year after year. The town is home to fun family activities like mini-golf and go-kart racing where you can enjoy a little friendly competition. The Frisco Native American Museum is full of artifacts and historical information, plus a birding room and nature trail.

Visit the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, where you can learn the fascinating history of more than 2,000 shipwrecks that have occurred off the coast of North Carolina. Browse art galleries featuring work by local artists, and maybe even bring a piece home with you as a souvenir. Enjoy fresh seafood with southern cookin’ flair at a handful of locally-owned eateries.
