On the second level, you will find the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth primary bedrooms, each with its own deck access and ocean views. The seventh primary bedroom is accessibility-friendly with deck access and a pool view. The eighth primary bedroom has a pool view and deck access. Also on this level is a work desk and WiFi, with a pool view, as well as deck access for when you're done with remote work and want to relax.

The top-level has a breathtaking great room with tall ceilings, a flatscreen TV, hardwood floors, a half bath, and a comfortably furnished living area. The well-appointed kitchen has dual fridges, two stoves, a pantry, granite countertops, tile flooring, and stainless steel appliances. Two extra-large dining tables ensure the whole family can sit together. A large breakfast bar can be used for storage and serving. The top-level also has main primary bedrooms nine and 10, each with ocean views and deck access. There is an elevator in this house to help with getting around.

Things to know:
This retreat has been recently updated with new upgrades for 2021 and 2022, which include new TVs throughout, new dining room tables, new stoves, new furniture in the great room, new furniture in the sitting room, a new shuffleboard table in the game room, and new flooring in bedrooms and game room.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $60 per night. Guests must call in after booking to arrange for pool heat. Guests should contact Vacasa with pool heat request one week (seven days) prior to their arrival. Pools typically take 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.

This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
For 2022, the pool will be open April 9th to October 14th. It will otherwise be unavailable for guest use.

• 2 dogs , weighing 60 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: Please park in the driveway, total maximum vehicles: 10 - Parking on the lawn is not allowed as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. RV is parking NOT allowed in this community. If you are bringing an RV for your stay, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot of the Avon office, located at the following address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
