The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals after a long day of exploring the area, which guests can enjoy in the dining area or out on the furnished patio. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everything is ready for the next day's adventures. During your stay, guests can access a shared hot tub, pool, sauna, fitness room, basketball court, and of course tennis courts!

The beach is just one half mile from the condo, allowing for a quick car trip or a walk through the neighborhood. For a different perspective, Topsail State Park is less than four miles away with lake fishing and dunes to explore. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club just over one mile away. Escapology Destin is less than a mile away, where you and your friends have little time to solve codes and puzzles and pick locks to escape the room - if you can!

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Guest check-in and access to TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort starts at 4:00 pm CST. Please proceed to the Guest Registration building to acquire your parking pass. Should you arrive after the hours of operation, you may pick up your parking pass from the security gate at the main entrance. On the following morning, please proceed to our Guest Registration building to complete your registration. Thank you for choosing TOPS'L!
