Location was great! The uniqueness of the home was fun!

Great location in Mt. Pleasant and a comfortable space. Lacked kitchen basics like salt, sugar, oil etc. that often come with a vrbo. TV/cable wiring was a little finicky sometimes. Very responsive communication staff. Enjoyed our week outside Charleston.

Very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the location in a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Spacious, near to lots of places, dining room table good for chilling and games, had everything we needed. Communication with Vacasa EASY and efficient

my granddaughters lover the attic bedroom.

The home had enough room for us and was clean. There are a few areas in the home that should be addressed. The kitchen needs a normal sized coffee maker and the kitchen should be better equipped. We also found that the water in the downstairs tub never actually got hot.

Convenient location, nice accommodations!

The house was in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants and shops but in a quiet little neighborhood. Plus a 5 minute drive to Sullivan’s Island! Very comfortable home but the upstairs stayed warmer because of the Charleston heat and humidity.

this home was great for our family as we were all adults and had an interest in historic Charleston and the great beaches nearby. There were enough beds to accommodate my family of seven. The home was decorated with lots of antique furniture which I wouldn't my kids expose to them if they weren't of responsible age.

We absolutely loved the house! It has so much character. We created our own stories about the history of the house, which was fun, until we talked to one of the neighbors and got "the real" story. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. It was easy to get to anything that we needed or wanted.

Very dark and dreary. There’s too much dark wood. Online picture makes rooms look a lot bigger and brighter than they really are. Steps are not child, disabled or luggage friendly.
Neighbor watched our every move.
Very disappointed.

Absolutely gorgous house with plenty of room. Close to Sullivans Island and you can Uber a ride to Charleston! We will definitely come back and stay again next year!!!

Great location. Clean. Everything was dated and very dark. No outside patio. Worked for us, but may not for a family with small children.

MT pleasant is a beautiful area and the neighborhood is quaint and charming. The current kitchen table is very unsteady and not safe. The home could be more welcoming by adding a updated table in the kitchen area with comfy seating and some sunny charming color accessories. A small outdoor table with umbrella and chairs would be beneficial by the back fencing and relocating the trash cans. Towel hooks in the bathrooms would be a plus. A larger coffeemaker for a party of 6-8 would be benefical. The linens were excellent. Our overall stay was very enjoyable.
Manager response:
We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay, Ken. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will be sure to pass your suggestions along to our local manager who will work with our homeowner to make necessary upgrades. We look forward to hosting you again!

The ease of access to downtown Charleston and then to Sullivan's Island was great. Perfect location.

The location was great for us. It is about a 15 minute ride to the historic area. The decor is a bit different....sort of medieval/old. We pretended it was haunted which went along with the ghost tour that we took. The days we were there the weather was pretty cool and there were not enough blankets so I ended up buying an extra blanket. The beds were comfy. I didn't care for the pillows but I usually take my own pillow anyway. There was plenty of room in the house. Fyi, there is a table in the main room where we played games. However, there are no chairs at that table so we moved some chairs/benches from other rooms.

The house was beautifully appointed and everything that we needed was available. Really enjoyed the rustic feel and all the paintings. Also it's just 20 mins from the beach!

the home was beautiful and just as advertised, would stay there again.

The place was so spacy and cozy. My family had such a great time there! Many memories made there!
Judith B. Jun 2021
The house and neighborhood are super quiet but very close to stores and restaurants and a quick, easy drive to downtown Charleston. Only 20-minutes from airport. The house comfortably accommodated 3 couples. Eclectic, interesting decor. A/C, WiFi and appliances worked great. Drawbacks were: only 4 stools at kitchen table and 2 chairs in dining room but there were 6 of us trying to eat together; no serving bowls or wine glasses or grill that we could find; a number of lights didn't work as well as some outlets/lamps; no closet or hooks for hanging dresses/pants in big bedroom. Nothing horrible. Overall it was a nice place - clean and spacious and has great potential.

The space was amazing and fit our needs well. The managing company didn't respond to a few inquiries we had, so hopefully you don't need to contact them for anything. Mt. Pleasant is a great town, and has awesome places to eat. We'll be back.
