This completely updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath dune cottage accommodates 8 guests and offers views of the ocean, the marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway. From the moment you walk in, you will feel immediately relaxed no matter which room or deck you go to.
The large open living room, kitchen and dining areas allow for family and friends to gather together. The spacious first floor bedroom with a brand new Queen mattress has a private porch where you can relax all day in the shade and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean, as well as a full bathroom attached, making this a convenient second master bedroom.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms with a shared bath, each with its own vanity and closet. The master bedroom has a brand new King mattress, coffee bar and mini fridge, a private deck overlooking the ICW and marsh plus access to the crow's nest for panoramic views of Holden Beach. The third bedroom has a Queen bed along with a twin over full bunk bed (all new mattresses), providing plenty of space for everyone and a sun deck boasting awesome ocean views.
"Blissful Escape" has central heat & air, 5 ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer laundry closet with cabinets for extra storage, wireless internet access, 4K Ultra HD Smart Roku TVs, & Blu-Ray DVD player. Other amenities include open porches, covered porches, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and changing area, parking and entertaining area underneath the house. Brunswick Avenue West is great for walking, biking, rollerblading or skateboarding, and, best of all, a very short walk to the beach -- less than 3 minutes from front door to sand! Continuous updates and amenities will be added throughout the season.
