You won't believe the living room area. It comes equipped with two leather sofas and an armchair strategically located in front of a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. You'll notice elegant decor throughout and wall-to-wall windows that will light up the entire floor with natural light.

You'll have a dining area featuring a polished and large eight-person dining table with unobstructed views of the pool and nearby bay. Nothing beats having a delicious meal accompanied by an unparalleled view. Right next to the dining area is the gourmet kitchen, which will delight everyone in the group, especially the chef! This kitchen has everything, and we really mean everything, that you need to make cooking a breeze and an unforgettable experience. There is plenty of space to move around freely while cooking and enough cabinets to store all of your groceries and goodies. The granite countertops are a delight as well. Some of the unique, stainless steel appliances you'll find here are a French door fridge, two ovens, a cooktop with an integrated range hood, a dishwasher, two coffee makers (one of them a Keurig), and a kitchen island. If the fridge is not enough to store all your goodies, you'll find a regular, full-size fridge in the laundry room, where is also a washer/dryer combo.

Right off the main living area is the patio, which is simply a wonder. It's partially covered and offers a four-person outdoor dining area along with a seating area with comfortable outdoor furniture that includes four chairs and three beach chairs. The waterfront outdoor pool will be everyone's best friend when it's time for a refreshing splash, or if you'd rather have a relaxing time, then make your way over to the outdoor hot tub available. You can already tell Sunset Castle is all about comfort and relaxation.

Back inside, climb up the elegant spiral staircase and you'll find yourself on the upper level of the home. The first space you'll come across is a living area, perfect for family gatherings if you're not in the mood to go to the first floor. It's equipped with three recliners (three-person, two-person, and single recliners), a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and a wine fridge. The main bedroom offers endless privacy and comfort with a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a telescope pointing at the water, a desk and a comfortable desk chair, a tremendous waterfront balcony, and a full en suite bathroom that is simply wonderful. The bathroom has tiled floors and walls, spacious double sinks sharing a large mirror, a tiled walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. There is also a large walk-in closet to store your belongings. The other two bedrooms also have flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combos.
