Head up a short staircase in front of the driveway and enter the house through a glass front door.

There’s a half bath on your first right, and a tiled hallway leads to your split-level home. Walk up a short staircase to a bright living/dining room with a gas fireplace and a 55” TV. A soft sofa and a couple of armchairs offers seating for five.

The living room opens to a patio with a gas grill and seating for four, all of which overlooks a biking trail and wooded area at the back of the house.

Enjoy tucked-away privacy in a quiet sitting area located one level down from the main living room. The other great thing about this room? It offers direct access to a private hot tub.

Grab meals around a dining table that seats six. Steps away, an open kitchen features lots of countertop space and quality stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge, an electric stove/oven, and dishwasher.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, outfitted with a king bed, 27” TV, and access to a private balcony. The brightly lit en-suite bath has lovely tile work and a walk-in shower.
